The present invention relates to an assembly comprising, on the one hand, a pair of eyeglasses and, on the other hand, a solar clip intended to be associated with this pair of eyeglasses.

This invention relates to the field of the eyewear industry and, more particularly, that of the manufacture of pairs of prescription glasses as well as solar accessories intended to complement such pairs of prescription glasses.

There are already known sets comprising, on the one hand, a pair of eyeglasses comprising two corrective lenses as well as a frame comprising at least two circles inside which these corrective lenses are embedded, d on the other hand, a solar clip comprising sun lenses and, on the other hand, fixing means for reversibly fixing such a solar clip to the front of the frame of the pair of prescription glasses.

In particular, from document DE8806898, an assembly is known comprising, on the one hand, a pair of eyeglasses comprising a frame having a face comprising two circles, each having a front side, intended to be oriented in an opposite direction to that of the face of the wearer of this pair of glasses, and on which a magnetic material is fixed. On the other hand, this set includes a solar clip comprising solar glasses each having a rear side, intended to be oriented in the direction of the frame, and on which magnets are stuck.

In this assembly, the magnetic material, respectively the magnets, protrude with respect to the surface of the circles, respectively of the sunglasses, and thus create an extra thickness which has the effect of defining, between these circles and these sunglasses, an interval capable of 'be crossed by stray light.

The present invention seeks to remedy the drawbacks of sets of the prior art comprising a pair of eyeglasses and a sun clip.

To this end, the invention relates to an assembly comprising:

- a pair of prescription glasses comprising two corrective lenses as well as a frame comprising, on the one hand, two arms and, on the other hand, a face comprising a bridge as well as two circles, inside which are mounted the corrective lenses, and interconnected by this bridge, and, on the other hand, mounting means for mounting, in an articulated manner, the arms on the face of the frame;

- a solar clip comprising a bridge as well as two solar glasses linked together by this bridge;

- Fixing means for reversibly fixing the solar clip on the face of the frame of the pair of prescription glasses, these fixing means comprising, on the one hand, a magnetic fixing element which each of the circles includes of the face of the frame of the pair of eyeglasses and, on the other hand, an additional magnetic fastening element, each of which includes sunglasses of the solar clip, and which is designed to cooperate with the magnetic fastening element circles on the face of the frame of the pair of eyeglasses.

This assembly is characterized in that, on the one hand, the circles each have a hole while the magnetic fastening elements are each housed inside such a hole and, on the other hand, the sunglasses each have a hole while the complementary magnetic fastening elements are each housed inside such a hole.

Another feature is that, on the one hand, the holes in circles and / or the magnetic fasteners are configured and / or positioned so that the external surface of such a magnetic fastener is flush with the external surface of such a circle while the holes in the sunglasses and / or the complementary magnetic fixing elements are configured and / or positioned so that the external surface of such a complementary magnetic fixing element is flush with the surface external of such a solar glass.

Yet another characteristic relates to the fact that the two circles each have a mounting plate while the mounting means are designed to ensure mounting of the arms of the frame on these mounting plates which have the holes inside which the magnetic fastening elements are housed.

Another feature is that the holes in the circles on the face of the frame and / or the holes in the sunglasses consist of drilling or milling.

Yet another characteristic relates to the fact that the sunglasses have an outer contour, respectively a shape, which matches the outer contour, respectively the shape, of the circles of the face of the frame.

Thus, on the one hand, the face of the frame of the pair of glasses according to the invention comprises circles, each comprising a hole while the magnetic fastening elements are each housed inside such a hole. On the other hand, the solar glasses of the solar clip each have a hole while the complementary magnetic fastening elements are each housed inside such a hole. These characteristics allow, advantageously, to integrate, on the one hand, the magnetic fastening elements to the frame, more particularly to the face of this frame (more specifically to the circles of this face) and, on the other hand, the elements additional magnetic fixing to the solar glasses of the solar clip.

The characteristics of this assembly also allow the external surface of such a magnetic fixing element to be flush with the external surface of such a circle and that the external surface of such a complementary magnetic fixing element to be flush with the external surface. of such solar glass. This advantageously makes it possible to avoid any excess thickness at the level of the circles of the face of the frame and of the sunglasses of the solar clip and thus to avoid, between these circles and these sunglasses, any interval liable to be crossed. by stray light.

In this set, the sun lenses have an outer contour, respectively a shape, which matches the outer contour, respectively the shape, of the circles of the face of the frame. This characteristic advantageously allows sunglasses to completely cover the circles of the face of the frame (and not only corrective lenses as for the sets of the prior art), which, again, avoids defining an interval allowing the passage of stray light.

- Figure 3 is a view similar to Figure 1 and illustrates the assembly according to the invention and in which the solar clip of this assembly is attached to the pair of eyeglasses of this assembly.

The present invention relates to the field of the eyewear industry and, more particularly, that of the manufacture of pairs of prescription glasses as well as solar accessories intended to complement such pairs of prescription glasses.

The invention therefore relates more particularly to an assembly E comprising a pair of prescription glasses 1 comprising two corrective lenses (2; 2 ') as well as a frame 3. Such a frame 3 comprises two branches (4; 4' ), usually of the mobile type, in particular articulated. This frame 3 also includes a face 5 comprising a bridge 6 as well as two circles (7; 7 '), inside which are mounted (in particular in a fixed manner) the corrective lenses (2; 2'), and connected between them by this bridge 6. This frame 3 also includes mounting means (8; 8 ') for mounting, in an articulated manner, the arms (4; 4') on the face 5 of the frame 3, more particularly on the circles (7; 7 ') of the face 5 of this frame 3.

Said assembly E also comprises a solar clip 9 comprising a bridge 10 as well as two solar glasses (11; 11 ') connected together by this bridge 9.

This assembly E also includes fixing means (12; 12 ') for reversibly fixing the solar clip 9 on the face 5 of the frame 3 of the pair of prescription glasses 1.

Such fixing means (12; 12 ') comprise, on the one hand, a magnetic fixing element (13; 13') that each comprises circles (7; 7 ') of the face 5 of the mount 3 of the pair of eyeglasses 1 and, on the other hand, a complementary magnetic fastening element (14; 14 '), which each comprise sunglasses (11; 11') of the solar clip 9, and which is designed to cooperate with the magnetic fixing element (13; 13 ') of the circles (7; 7') of the face 5 of the frame 3 of the pair of prescription glasses 1.

In fact, the magnetic fixing elements (13; 13 ') and the complementary magnetic fixing elements (14; 14') are located opposite each other within said assembly E, this when the solar clip 9 is fixed on the pair of eyeglasses 1 via the fixing means (12; 12 ').

According to the invention, the circles (7; 7 ') each have a hole (70; 70') while the magnetic fastening elements (13; 13 ') are each housed inside a such hole (70; 70 '). Also according to the invention, the sunglasses (11; 11 ') each have a hole (110; 110') while the complementary magnetic fastening elements (14; 14 ') are each housed inside. of such a hole (110; 110 ').

These characteristics make it possible, advantageously, to integrate, on the one hand, the magnetic fastening elements (13; 13 ') in the frame 3 of the pair of prescription glasses 1, more particularly in the face 5 of this frame 3, more specifically to the circles (7; 7 ') of this face 5 and, on the other hand, the complementary magnetic fixing elements (14; 14') to the sun glasses (11; 11 ') of the solar clip 9.

Another characteristic of the invention consists in that the holes (70; 70 ') which comprise circles (7; 7') and / or the magnetic fixing elements (13; 13 ') are configured and / or positioned in so that the external surface of such a magnetic fastening element (13; 13 ') is flush with the external surface of such a circle (7; 7'), more particularly with the surface of such a circle (7; 7 ') oriented in the direction of the sun clip 9 and / or in a direction opposite to that of the face of the wearer of the pair of eyeglasses 1, or even of the assembly E.

Additionally, the holes (110; 110 ') in the sunglasses (11; 11') and / or the complementary magnetic fastening elements (14; 14 ') are configured and / or positioned so that the external surface of such a complementary magnetic fastening element (14; 14 ') is flush with the external surface of such a solar glass (11; 11'), more particularly with the surface of such a solar glass (11; 11 ') oriented towards the face 5 of the frame 3.

These characteristics allow, then, advantageously, to avoid any excess thickness at the level of the circles (7; 7 ') of the face 5 of the frame 3 of the pair of prescription glasses 1 and at the level of the sunglasses (11; 11' ) of the solar clip 9 and, thus, of avoiding, between these circles (7; 7 ′) and these sun glasses (11; 11 ′), any interval likely to be crossed by stray light.

As regards the holes (70; 70 ') that the circles (7; 7') comprise, these (70; 70 ') are blind and each have a depth which is equal to or greater than the thickness of the magnetic fixing element (13; 13 ') housed inside such a blind hole (70; 70').

Another feature is that the holes (70; 70 ') of the circles (7; 7') each have a diameter (more particularly an inscribed diameter) greater than (and preferably) equal to the diameter (more particularly at circumscribed diameter) of the magnetic fixing element (13; 13 ') housed inside such a hole (70; 70'). This characteristic advantageously allows engagement (particularly in shape) and maintenance of such a magnetic fastening element (13; 13 ') inside such a hole (70; 70').

Yet another characteristic is that the holes (70; 70 ') of the circles (7; 7') each contain an adhesive interposed between, on the one hand, the magnetic fixing element (13; 13 ') housed inside such a hole (70; 70 ') and, on the other hand, at least one wall (more particularly the side wall and / or the bottom wall) of such a hole (70; 70 ').

Finally, these holes (70; 70 ') are preferably formed by drilling or milling.

As visible in the appended figures, the two circles (7; 7 ') each have a mounting plate (71; 71') while the mounting means (8; 8 ') are designed to ensure mounting branches (4; 4 ') of the mount 3 on these mounting plates (71; 71').

In fact, such a mounting plate (71; 71 ') is constituted by a lateral extension of the circle (7; 7') of the face 5 of the frame 3, this in a direction opposite to that of the bridge 6 of this face. 5.

In addition and according to another characteristic, the complementary magnetic fixing elements (14; 14 ') each adopt a diabolo shape having, on the one hand, an external diameter greater than the diameter of the hole (110; 110') of the solar glass (11; 11 ') inside which is housed such an additional magnetic fixing element (14; 14') and, on the other hand, an internal diameter equal to or slightly less than the diameter of this hole (110; 110 ').

It will be observed that these tongues (111; 111 ') are configured to ensure overlap of the mounting plates (71; 71') that comprise the circles (7; 7 ') of the face 5 of the frame 3 of the pair of glasses of view 1.

Another characteristic of the solar clip 9 is that the sunglasses (11; 11 ') have an outer contour, respectively a shape, which matches the outer contour, respectively the shape, of the circles (7; 7') of the face. 5 of the frame 3 of the pair of prescription glasses 1.

Such a characteristic allows the sun lenses (11; 11 ') to perfectly cover the circles (7; 7') of the face 5 of the frame 3 of the pair of prescription glasses 1 and not only the corrective lenses (2, 2 ') of this pair of eyeglasses 1. This advantageously makes it possible to avoid the passage of stray light between the circles (7; 7') of the face 5 of the frame 3 and the sunglasses (11; 11 ') of the solar clip 9, this through corrective lenses (2; 2').

This outer contour or the shape of these sunglasses (11; 11 ') is, more particularly, imparted by cutting these sunglasses (11; 11') from a plate.

Finally, this solar clip 9 is devoid of frame.
