Un conteneur isotherme de conservation et/ou transport de produits thermosensibles, comportant un compartiment de stockage des produits (C), et un compartiment cryogénique (N, D) apte à contenir une réserve de neige carbonique, le compartiment cryogénique étant situé : a) en position haute dans le conteneur, au dessus du compartiment de stockage des produits, ou bien b) en position basse dans le conteneur, en dessous du compartiment de stockage des produits, se caractérisant en ce qu'il contient des moyens (F, P, T, V...) d'interruption du flux thermique provenant de la réserve de neige carbonique en direction du compartiment de stockage des produits.
