Abstract

The invention relates to a device for obstruction of a pre-defined site intended to limit or stop the access of undesirable vehicles. This device comprises an obstruction block which is housed in a sealed casing at ground level. To be able to move the block, it is mandatory to have a specific clamp that connects the block and a suitable lifting gear. The clip is the subject of another patent application.

Description

DESCRIPTIONDESCRIPTION

The present invention relates to the field of limitation or obstruction to the passage of undesirable vehicles by means of obstruction blocks.

This device can be used either temporarily in the context of events gathering a lot of public to protect from the intrusion of vehicles, or permanently to protect from the intrusion of vehicles land, private parking, storefronts store or bank ...

This device can be adapted to each situation and can be used either individually or in a plural manner. They can then be arranged online or according to any schemes adapted to the case. Likewise, the distance between each block of obstruction can be adapted according to the size of the vehicle that one wants to prevent from passing (light vehicle, trucks, construction equipment, ....). This system allows access to rights-holders (public authorities, owners, technical services, emergency services, etc.) who have a specific handling clip (which is the subject of another patent application) and a lifting gear adapted to move the obstruction blocks. The movable obstruction block element and its fixed housing in a sealed casing on the ground: - The obstruction block consists of a steel casing filled with concrete. Its base is cylindrical to lodge in the casing. The part that emerges from the ground is conically shaped to prevent any strapping. The block is constituted on the other hand by a lifting rod whose upper part is not protruding from the block so as not to create a tie-down point. The mass of the block is important, it is impossible to dislodge without a hoist. The block can be painted according to the signaling standards in force in the country of use. - The casing is a cylindrical steel piece with adjustable feet. Its diameter and depth are adjusted to those of the base of the obstruction block to prevent shifting of the block. This piece is sealed in a foundation concrete flush with the finished floor. The casing is equipped with a runoff pipe.

This obstruction system requires prior installation of the casing on the identified passageways. In the case where the obstruction device is removed, a floor plate covers the casing and thus allows the rolling of the vehicles.

Thus, the invention makes it possible to secure a site by prohibiting access to undesirable vehicles.

La figure lest une vue en coupe du système présenté ci-dessus. iThe figure is a sectional view of the system presented above. i
