Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de suivi de dommage pour suivre si une bouteille (T) est endommagée ou non durant un processus de remplissage réalisé dans une installation de remplissage. Le système de suivi de dommage comprend : un identifiant (5) disposé sur la bouteille (T) et comportant un code visuel (6) contenant des informations d'identification spécifiques à la bouteille (T) à laquelle il est relié ; un système de lecteurs (10) comprenant une unité de lecture (11) qui lit le code visuel (6) avant et/ou après le remplissage de la bouteille (T) et décode le code visuel lu (6) pour former des informations d'identification de la bouteille (T) concernée ; un serveur auquel les informations d'identification de la bouteille (T) obtenues par le système de lecteurs (10) sont transmises, dans lequel des informations d'identification de bouteille (T) ainsi que d'autres données associées aux informations d'identification sont stockées ; une unité d'analyse de dommages pour détecter, par analyse d'une représentation visuelle de la bouteille (T) si la bouteille (T) est endommagée ou non et pour empêcher un remplissage de la bouteille (T) concernée si la bouteille (T) est endommagée ; une unité de rapport pour préparer un rapport d'évaluation de dommage de la bouteille endommagée (T) si l'unité d'analyse de dommages détecte un dommage sur une bouteille (T).
