L'invention concerne un dispositif d'homogénéisation de la distribution (18) du fluide réfrigérant à l'intérieur de tubes d'un échangeur de chaleur. Le dispositif d'homogénéisation de la distribution (18) comprend un conduit (19) pourvu d'au moins une fenêtre par laquelle le fluide réfrigérant est apte à entrer à l'intérieur du conduit (19). Le conduit (19) est réalisé en un matériau poreux. Le conduit (19) loge une gaine (25). La gaine (25) loge un organe de mixage (30).
