L'au moins une ouverture (5) est voisine du fond du bac et est ouverte de façon permanente. Lorsqu'elle est submergée par le liquide nettoyant, le réservoir est étanche à l'air de sorte que l'écoulement du liquide est stoppé et celui-ci est en équilibre entre le réservoir (2) et le bassin (3). This arrangement makes it possible to obtain a constant level in the basin (3).
