L'invention propose un transformateur électrique haute tension comportant : - un circuit magnétique (20), - au moins un enroulement primaire (22) et au moins un enroulement secondaire (24) comportant chacun au moins un conducteur qui est enroulé sous la forme de spires autour du circuit magnétique (20), - un boitier (26) isolant électriquement qui encapsule le circuit magnétique (20) et qui présente une surface enveloppe externe (28) sur laquelle sont enroulés les enroulements primaire et secondaire et une surface enveloppe interne qui définit un volume interne dans lequel est reçu le circuit magnétique (20), caractérisé en ce que chaque spire d'un enroulement (22, 24) est reçue dans une gorge d'enroulement qui est formée dans la surface enveloppe externe (28) du boitier isolant (26), et en ce que chaque gorge d'enroulement est pourvue d'une couche conductrice de gorge.The invention proposes a high voltage electrical transformer comprising: - a magnetic circuit (20), - at least one primary winding (22) and at least one secondary winding (24) each comprising at least one conductor which is wound in the form of turns around the magnetic circuit (20), - an electrically insulating casing (26) which encapsulates the magnetic circuit (20) and which has an outer casing surface (28) on which the primary and secondary windings are wound and an inner casing surface which defines an internal volume in which the magnetic circuit (20) is received, characterized in that each turn of a winding (22, 24) is received in a winding groove which is formed in the outer envelope surface (28) of the insulating housing (26), and in that each winding groove is provided with a throat conductive layer.
