Abstract
Dispositif pour permettre la pose des quincailleries ou d'autres éléments d'assemblage sur le chant d'une pièce avec une machine à commande numérique 3 axes. Dans le travail des matériaux en panneaux par machine à commande numérique 3 axes de type "nesting", il est actuellement impossible d'usiner les chants pour la pose des éléments de fixation. L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de travailler le chant d'une pièce par-dessus et de poser soit un excentrique d'assemblage sur le chant. Il est constitué d'un profil en "T" inversé (1) usiné sur une extrémité pour recevoir le boîtier d'un excentrique et percé sur son axe pour recevoir un goujon de liaison. Le dispositif peut être fabriqué en bois pour une fixation par collage (1) ou comporter des griffes de blocage (2) qui peuvent être écartées par l'enfoncement d'une tige conique dit "poinçon de blocage" pour une fixation mécanique.
