Abstract
Un procédé de fabrication d'une contrefiche (10) ayant un alésage central creux (12) comporte les étapes consistant à se procurer un mandrin (1) et une quantité de matériau filamenteux ou fibreux (2), déposer le matériau filamenteux ou fibreux (2) autour du mandrin (1) pour former une contrefiche (10) ayant une section centrale (14) généralement cylindrique, deux sections d'extrémité de raccordement (16, 18) opposées, un alésage central (12) s'étendant à travers la contrefiche (10), l'alésage central (12) ayant deux parties (13A, 13B) de diamètre réduit s'étendant à travers chaque section d'extrémité de raccordement (16, 18), et un axe (11) s'étendant centralement à travers l'alésage (12), former une fente (20) ou des fentes s'étendant vers l'intérieur depuis une première des extrémités extérieures de section d'extrémité de raccordement (16, 18) et se terminant à l'intérieur de la section d'extrémité de raccordement (16, 18) ou de la section centrale (14), plier au moins une partie de la première section d'extrémité de raccordement (16, 18) le long de la fente (20) pour élargir la partie (13A, 13B) de diamètre réduit de l'alésage (12) à la première extrémité (16, 18), et déplacer le mandrin (1) le long de l'axe central (11) et à travers la section d'extrémité élargie de l'alésage jusqu'à ce que le mandrin (1) soit retiré de l'alésage (12).
