L'invention concerne une nacelle (102) pour un ensemble propulsif comportant un turboréacteur double flux (204). La nacelle (102) comporte : - une structure fixe (206) délimitant une fenêtre (210) ouverte entre une veine (202) d'un flux secondaire (208) et l'extérieur, - un volet inverseur (104) mobile entre une position fermée obturant la fenêtre (210) et une position ouverte n'obturant pas la fenêtre (210), et - un mécanisme motorisé assurant, à partir de la position fermée : - une translation vers l'arrière (52) du volet inverseur (104), et - une rotation du volet inverseur (104) assurant le déplacement de la partie avant du volet inverseur (104) jusqu'à l'extérieur, et à partir de la position ouverte : - une rotation en sens inverse du volet inverseur (104), et - une translation vers l'avant (58) du volet inverseur (104).
