La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif lumineux D' de véhicule destiné à former une surface éclairante d'une forme requise et comprenant : - une source lumineuse S apte à émettre des rayons lumineux r1, r2 depuis une surface rayonnante d'une forme différente de la forme requise, - un écran 46, - un ensemble optique de projection 42 agencé de manière à recevoir lesdits rayons et à les envoyer sur ledit écran, la source lumineuse, la forme de la surface rayonnante, l'écran et l'ensemble optique de projection étant agencés de manière à ce que ces rayons forment ensembles sur l'écran une image de la surface rayonnante ayant la forme requise.
