Abstract

The present invention relates to an accessory (10) for cleaning objects, comprising a container (20) forming a receptacle for holding an object cleaning towel (30). The present invention relates to an accessory intended to allow the cleaning of objects.

To clean fragile objects, such as optics or digital camera screens, a soft, lint-free cloth is usually used, usually of a relatively small size.

Usually such a cloth remains in a drawer to keep it in a satisfactory state of cleanliness and it is returned to it after having used it to clean, for example, his pair of glasses.

The applicant having taken cognizance of this state of affairs, sought a solution for making available to a user a cleaning cloth which remains clean even when it is transported, for example in a vehicle.

To this end, there is provided an accessory intended to allow the cleaning of objects, comprising, a case forming a receptacle for containing a towel for cleaning objects; according to the invention, the accessory is provided with an operating device intended to move the towel between a closed position where it is disposed inside the case and a position of use where it is arranged the outside of the case.

Thus, the towel remains protected in the case, when not in use. You can therefore carry the accessory with you. By actuating the operating device, it is easy to extract the cleaning towel from the case to use it or to make it penetrate into said case to protect it.

According to an additional feature of the invention, the case consists of a tube closed at one end by a bottom wall and open at its second end and the operating device comprises a first traction member intended to bring the towel inside the tube, a second traction member intended to bring out the towel from said tube, the second traction member having a geometry suitable for forming a shutter for the open end of the tube and thereby closing said open end of the tube at the end of the movement of the first traction member.

Thus, after having brought the towel into the tube, the latter is closed automatically. The towel remains protected from dust inside the tube.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the tube has an internal geometry which is cylindrical and the second traction member has a conical or semi-spherical geometry, a gripping means being integral with the second traction member for moving it.

This second traction member perfectly closes the open end of the cylinder and it is easy to grab to remove the towel from its receptacle.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, a cord connects the towel and the first traction member, the cord passing through a hole made in the bottom wall of the tube.

By pulling on this first traction member, the towel is made to penetrate the tube.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the first traction member consists of a clip provided with a hooking means on the tube or on the second traction member.

The first traction member can be fixed on the tube or on the second traction member when the accessory is not in use.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, a tenon is secured to the external face of the tube to cooperate with the means for hooking the clip or secured to the second traction member.

The first traction member can be fixed on the post when the accessory is not in use.

In an alternative embodiment, the first traction member consists of a slider connected to the towel, a groove passing longitudinally through the tube, the slider passing through said groove with a sliding ability in said groove.

It is thus possible and by a movement from top to bottom of said cursor insert the towel inside said tube.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the cleaning accessory is provided with a fixing means on an object, such as a fastening clip secured to the tube, an adhesive film, a magnet.

We can then hang or fix the accessory on a portable object such as a mobile phone, a touch pad.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the internal face of the tube is coated with a fabric impregnated with a cleaning substance intended to moisten the towel.

Thus, the cleaning efficiency of the towel, moistened by the cleaning substance, is increased.

The characteristics of the invention mentioned above, as well as others, will appear more clearly on reading the following description of an exemplary embodiment, said description being made in relation to the accompanying drawings, among which:

The accessory 10 presented in FIG. 1, is intended to allow the cleaning of objects and in particular of optics, for example the lenses of a pair of glasses, the lens of a camera, a camera or even allow the cleaning of screens of digital devices, for example that of a computer, and more precisely, a laptop, a touch pad.

The accessory 10 mainly comprises a case 20 as well as a cleaning towel 30 and which can be inserted into the case 20 or out of said case.

The case 20 is formed, in this FIG. 1, of a hollow cylindrical tube 21 internally and closed at one end, by means of a bottom wall 22 and open at its other end. The tube 21 is made of a plastic material or an aluminum alloy. The case 20 forms a receptacle for containing the towel 30.

The towel 30 is intended for cleaning everyday objects and in particular optics and screens of digital devices. It preferably consists of a chamois leather or a piece of fabric made of microfibers. The napkin has in its deployed form, preferably polygonal geometry, for example, rectangular or square.

In the invention, the towel 30 can be moved, by means of an operating device 40 between a closed position where it is disposed inside the tube 21 to remain protected there from dust so that it can retain its cleaning capacity and a position for use as long as possible, visible in FIG. 2, where it is arranged outside the tube 21.

The operating device 40 is composed in FIG. 1, of a cord 41, for example consisting of a thread made of nylon ®, connected at one end to the towel 30, of a first traction member 52 intended to bring the towel 30 inside the receptacle 20, a second traction member 54 intended to bring out the towel 30 from said receptacle.

The cord 41 is connected to the towel 30, preferably, by means of a reinforcement weave sewn onto the said towel.

The free end of the cord 41 is threaded and comes out through a hole 24 made through the bottom wall 22 of the tube 21.

The first traction member 52 is fixed to the free end of the cord 41.

The second traction member 54 is preferably fixed to the towel by means of a short cord, for example consisting of a thread made of nylon ®. This cord is fixed on said towel opposite the fixing of the cord 41 on said towel. In the absence of the cord, this second traction member 54 is preferably fixed opposite to the fixing of the cord 41 on said towel. The two traction members 52 and 54 are arranged outside the tube 21.

Thus, by pulling on the first traction member 52 as suggested by the arrow F1 in FIG. 2, the towel 30 is made to penetrate into the tube 21 to protect it, in particular, from dust and by pulling on the second traction member 54 as suggested by arrow F2 in FIG. 1, the towel can be removed from the tube 21 to use it, for example, to clean an object.

The first traction member 52 is formed, in FIG. 1, a clip fixed to said free end of the cord 41. The clip 52 is provided with a hooking means on the second traction member 54, for example on a stud 26 integral with said second traction member 54. The clip consists, for this purpose, of a plate open on one edge so as to form a jaw capable of coming to hang on the tenon 26. A hole crosses its other edge and which serves to fix the free end of the cord 41. In the extended position of the towel 30, the clip 52 can partially penetrate the hole 24 as shown in the detailed view presented on the right of FIG. 2.

In an alternative embodiment, not shown, the post is integral with the external face of the tube.

The second traction member 54 has a top view of a circular geometry. It takes the form in this FIG. 1, a cone which can thus be used to close the opening of the tube 21. The tip of the cone is fixed directly or indirectly to the towel 30. The second traction member 54 is made of a flexible material so as not to scratch objects to be cleaned, for example, cellular foam. The second traction member can also take the form of a semi-spherical plug as can be seen in FIGS. 3 and 4.

A gripping means 56, such as a tongue, is fixed on the flat face of the cone in order to be able to pull on the towel in order to extract it from the tube 21. By pulling on the first traction member 52, it is possible and at the reverse, insert the towel inside the tube 21 and position the second traction member 54 on the opening of the tube to close it thus protecting the towel 30 inside its receptacle. The pin 26 is preferably fixed on the flat face of the cone.

In a first alternative embodiment presented in FIG. 3, the accessory 10 is provided with a clip 60 which is fixed on the tube 21 to allow the attachment of the accessory 10 on an object. The clip 60 has a slender shape disposed along the tube 21. It is attached to the tube 21, in its upper part, that is to say near its opening.

In Fig. 5, a mobile phone T is presented, commonly called a smartphone. It has an Ev display screen. Its dorsal part is covered by a protective shell Cp and which is extended by a protective flap Vp of the screen Ev. The accessory 10 is fixed, by means of its clip 60, to the joining joint between the protective shell Cp and the protective flap Vp. The accessory 10 thus accompanies the telephone T on a daily basis. The towel 30 is thus available to the user of the telephone to clean the screen Ev of the said telephone. The length of the tube 21 is defined so as not to exceed the height of the telephone. In an alternative embodiment, not shown, the fastening means that constitutes the clip is replaced by an adhesive film capable of being stuck on a mobile phone or on another device that one wishes to clean regularly, for example a tablet. touchscreen, laptop. The fixing means may also consist of a magnet capable of cooperating with a metal surface or another magnet and which is provided with the device to be fitted.

In a second alternative embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the first traction member 52 is no longer a clip but a cursor connected directly to the towel or indirectly via a short cord 41 as shown in this FIG. 4. The bottom wall 22 of the tube 21 is closed and the towel 30 is connected, in the tube 21, to the slider 52. A groove 28 passes longitudinally through the tube 21, preferably over a majority of its height and the slider 52 crosses said groove with a sliding ability in said groove. Thus and by an up and down movement of said cursor, suggested by arrow F3, the towel 30 can be inserted inside said tube 21. The cursor is advantageously provided with notches to facilitate its movement with the finger.

The tube 21 can be coated with a marking, for example an advertising marking allowing the accessory 100 to be sold by a commercial company.

In a third alternative embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the internal face of the tube 21 is coated with a fabric 70 which is impregnated with a cleaning substance and which can in this way moisten the towel 30 to improve its cleaning capacity. The cleaning substance preferably contains alcohol and an antiseptic. The towel 30 is thus able to effectively clean the fingerprints that smear the screens of mobile phones, touch pads.

The cleaning accessory of the invention makes it possible to have at hand a cleaning towel which is permanently protected in its case during periods of non-use.

We therefore have a cleaning towel that is always clean and storable even in dirty environments, for example, garment pocket, handbag, shelf, desk, automobile storage compartment, dashboard, work bag, workbench, workshop, laboratory, in particular.

Claims (10)
