Abstract
On forme une ébauche (20) d'article en verre par pressage. L'ébauche d'article en verre forme un récipient creux, qui comprend une surface externe (27) et une surface interne (28). On place l'ébauche (20) d'article en verre dans une station de refroidissement (51), qui comprend un réceptacle (44) muni d'une surface intérieure (45). L'ébauche (20) d'article en verre est maintenue dans le réceptacle (44) par ajustement de la surface intérieure (45) du réceptacle (44) à la surface externe (27) de l'ébauche (20) d'article en verre. On refroidit la surface interne (28) de l'ébauche (20) d'article en verre par injection d'un fluide froid dans le récipient creux sans déformer la surface externe (27). On retire l'article en verre (120) de la station de refroidissement (51).
