Abstract
Intégration d'un mécanisme à cliquet réversible dans une prise de remplissage de bouteille de gaz sous pression, afin de limiter l'effort de l'opérateur à un mouvement de va et vient sans lâcher le volant de la prise lors du vissage ou dévissage de cette prise. La prise de remplissage est l’équipement qui vient se raccorder sur le robinet de la bouteille, pour permettre le remplissage de cette dernière ; la prise de remplissage est par ailleurs connectée par l’intermédiaire d’un flexible, au reste de l’installation de distribution de gaz. 2- Problématique à laquelle répond l’invention : L’opérateur dans un centre de conditionnement doit connecter les prises de remplissage sur les bouteilles à remplir puis les déconnecter en fin de cycle. Cette opération est répétée plusieurs dizaines de fois par jour pour l’ensemble des prises de l’unité de production. Usuellement, l’opérateur visse (ou dévisse) manuellement la prise sur le robinet, via un volant.
