Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'automatisation d'analyse pour le contrôle non-destructif d'une pièce (10) pour l'aéronautique constituée d'un renfort (50) en torons (100, 150), ledit renfort (50) comprenant une pluralité de torons de chaine (100) et une pluralité de torons de trame (150) positionnées en couches, ledit procédé utilisant un plan de tissage numérique (PT) donné, ledit procédé étant mis en œuvre par une unité de calcul (U1) et comprenant des étapes de : - (E2) Réception d'une image tomographique constituée de voxels correspondant au volume de la pièce (10), - (E3) Segmentation des voxels de l'image tomographique selon au moins un label (L1, L2) correspondant aux torons de chaine (100) ou respectivement aux torons de trame (150), un voxel se voyant attribué ledit label selon qu'il correspond ou non à un voxel de toron de chaine ou respectivement à un voxel de toron de trame labels (L1, L2, L3), - (E4) Analyse topologique de la pièce (10) par comparaison des voxels associés audit label (L1) avec la modélisation des torons de chaine ou respectivement de trame du plan de tissage numérique (PT), ladite étape d'analyse (E4) permettant d'identifier des défauts de fabrication de la pièce (10).
