Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de freinage (16) pour un arbre (8) de turbomachine, destiné à limiter une survitesse en rotation de l'arbre (8) autour d'un axe (X) de la turbomachine, comportant au moins un premier organe (17) agencé pour se déplacer suivant une direction déterminée par rapport à une structure fixe (11) de la turbomachine, un deuxième organe (18) lié à l'arbre (8), et un actionneur (19) destiné à pousser le premier organe (17) dans ladite direction déterminée, le premier (22a) et le deuxième (27) organe étant agencés pour coopérer par friction lorsque le premier organe (22a) est poussé par l'actionneur (29, 30, 26a), caractérisé par le fait que l'actionneur comporte un dispositif pyrotechnique (30) agencé pour produire des gaz poussant le premier organe (22a) dans ladite direction déterminée.
