Abstract
L'invention concerne une procédé pour permettre à une personne d'auto-évaluer sa capacité auditive, ledit procédé comprenant, en complément de la réalisation du test auditif, une étape de mesure du niveau sonore ambiant du milieu dans lequel la personne se trouve à l'aide d'un dispositif de mesure de niveau de pression acoustique, et d'enregistrement en temps réel du niveau sonore mesuré dans un module mémoire d'un équipement informatique auquel le dispositif de mesure est connecté, et une étape de caractérisation du niveau sonore ambiant enregistrée sur une échelle de niveaux sonores, ladite échelle étant établie à partir de plages de niveaux sonores préenregistrées, chaque plage définissant des degrés d'acceptabilité du niveau sonore pour effectuer un test auditif, l'une des plages comprenant un niveau sonore seuil permissible au-delà duquel le niveau sonore est considéré comme non acceptable pour effectuer un test auditif.
