Abstract

L'invention porte sur un noyau (10) de moulage pour la fabrication d'un raidisseur (30) de pièce structurelle (20) en matériau composite, ledit noyau étant destiné à être retiré et caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un matériau composite comprenant des granulats poreux non sphériques et/ou des billes creuses, liés entre eux par une matrice organique ou inorganique, ledit matériau composite étant revêtu d'une gaine étanche et antiadhésive, et en ce que ledit noyau est destructible par jet d'eau directionnel sous une pression supérieure à 50 bars.
