Abstract

Description

COMPENSATION SOLE

The present invention relates to a shoe insole comprising a first face adapted to be in contact with the bottom of a shoe and a second face adapted to be in contact with the foot of the user of the shoe, the sole comprising a part before able to take place in the front part of the shoe and a rear portion adapted to take place in the rear part of the shoe in the vicinity of the heel.

The world of footwear is moving towards ever more customization of products, especially with regard to the insoles that can be added to the interior of the shoe.

In an effort to appear to have a larger size or to increase the comfort of the foot, many people use small devices that are lodged in the shoe under the heel, which is called talonnettes. These devices are either simply placed on the bottom of the shoe or possibly glued.

Unfortunately experience shows that existing devices are difficult to stay in place, take off if they were glued and then tend to migrate to the middle of the shoe, ceasing to play their role and causing discomfort for the user.

Moreover, these devices are often easily detectable or even directly visible when the user removes his shoe. The invention provides a shoe insole for the purpose of correctly maintaining in place, and in time, the heel (s) inserted (s) in the shoe, and in a way that is aesthetic and the least visible possible.

According to the invention, a shoe insole comprising a first face capable of being in contact with the bottom of a shoe and a second face adapted to be in contact with the foot of the user of the shoe, the sole comprising a front portion capable of to take place in the front part of the shoe and a rear portion adapted to take place in the rear part of the shoe in the vicinity of the heel, is characterized in that the rear portion comprises at least two lamellae superimposed one above on the other, a first lamella being disposed in the extension of the front part of the sole and under a second lamella, a housing which can remain between the first and the second lamella.

The face in contact with the shoe may advantageously have a non-slip surface.

The size of the first lamella may be that used for so-called universal soles or be that adapted to each existing size. The sizes of the other lamellae are deduced from that used for the first lamella.

The first lamella may advantageously comprise in its central part, and elsewhere if necessary, a surface creating a thickness intended to improve the comfort associated with walking: damping and shock absorption, and also contain any other modern technology (step measurements, monitoring vital parameters such as body temperature, heart rate ...).

The nature of the materials used for the sole is potentially unlimited but can, because of its volume, be adapted to receive smart textiles using digital and nanotechnology and / or cosmeto-textiles and / or bio-active textiles and any other textile or material that is part of the family of wearable technologies ...

The soleplate may comprise three lamellae, a first housing that can remain between the first and the second lamella and a second housing that can remain between the second and the third lamella.

This principle can of course extend to a larger number of lamellae.

Advantageously at least one heel is inserted into the housing between the first and the second lamella. The length of the second lamella may usefully be determined according to the usual dimensions of heelettes available on the market which will be in this way well maintained between the first and the second lamella.

If more than two slats are used, heelpieces can be placed in the spaces thus created, by superimposing them or not on each other as it is recommended in the case where there would be only two slats.

The sole can be made in one piece or made in two parts, the second blade being sewn and / or glued on the rest of the sole. Any other technique better adapted to the nature of the separate parts to be maintained in a durable and reliable way is potentially valid. It is up to the skilled person in charge of making this compensated sole to choose the most suitable technique.

In the case of several strips, the same recommendations concerning the design of the assembly, a single piece or several elements sewn or glued or any other means of assembly, is to be taken into consideration.

Advantageously, the first blade is extended by a tongue. The primary purpose of this tongue is to facilitate the extraction of the sole of the shoe in which it has been inserted. Indeed, in the case of some shoes such as boots for example, this extraction would probably be difficult without an extraction aid such as the tab.

The shape of the shoe can condition the size of the tongue. We recommend that this tongue can, in its vertical part, be cut by the user so that it does not protrude from the shoe.

The tongue also has at least one other advantage. Indeed the inner part of the tongue will be in contact with the foot inserted into the shoe and in particular the rear part of the heel. Particular care must therefore be taken in the production of the tongue, in particular with regard to its internal surface, so as to improve the user's comfort, especially in the case where the position of the heel in the shoe is not the one that had been planned by the designers of the shoe.

Indeed in the case of the use of heelettes, the foot of the user will be in a higher position relative to the sole of the shoe and because of this, the heel will be above the position which had been planned for him by the designers of the shoe, which will often generate discomfort for the user.

The tongue and the first lamella can be made in one piece. In such a case the entire sole may be monobloc or the second lamella may be reported on the group comprising the first lamella and the tongue by means of techniques known to those skilled in the art such as gluing and / or the realization seams and / or any other joining technique best suited to the materials used for the design of these different parts.

The tongue may also include a base which is inserted under the rear part of the first blade.

The tongue can be separated from the first lamella. Especially in the case where the tongue is associated with a base, it is possible to separate the tongue and base unit from the rest of the sole. Indeed the shape and in particular the length of the tongue are parameters that are very dependent on the shoe where is inserted the sole. It is understandable that boots will allow the use of a long and enveloping tongue without its existence being suspected by an outside observer. In contrast, a moccasin type shoe will only allow the use of a very short tongue.

Therefore if the tongue and the base are separated from the rest of the sole, it becomes possible to use several tabs of different shapes without changing the rest of the sole.

The sole may also comprise damping elements or elements structurally different from the rest of the sole. For reasons of comfort, it may be relevant to integrate elements having different mechanical properties from the rest of the sole.

Finally, the soleplate may incorporate, in the materials constituting it, but not limited to, intelligent textiles, bioactive textiles, cosmeto-textiles, shape memory materials, hydrocoloidal materials, e-textiles and / or or contain zones / spaces capable of receiving thicknesses intended to improve the well-being of the user (shock absorber, digital technology, microcapsules, nanomaterials ...), thus making the sole an element of the family of "wearable" technologies. Other features and advantages of the invention will appear in the following description of a preferred embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings but which has no limiting character.

For the entire description, the relative terms such as top, bottom, bottom, top, right, left are to be understood by reference to a sole in use condition, inserted in a shoe, the shoe being worn by an individual .

We can see Fig. 1 a first embodiment of a sole S according to the invention. The main element of the sole S has substantially, when viewed laterally, a Y shape lying down, the lower part of the Y extending towards the front portion 3 of the sole S while the two branches of the Y 's extend towards the rear portion 4 of the sole S. It is seen the upper face 2 of the sole S, intended to be in contact with the foot P of the user and the lower face 1 of the sole S, intended to be in contact with the shoe C of the user.

The two branches of the Y form two strips 5, 6 superimposed one above the other. The first lamella 5 is located in the lower part of the sole S, in the vicinity of the lower face 1. The second lamella 6 is located in the upper part of the sole S, in the vicinity of the upper face 2.

A housing 7 is provided between the first lamella 5 and the second lamella 6. The housing 7 can accommodate several heel pieces 8. The length of the housing 7 is determined by the length of the second lamella 6 and its meeting point with the first lamella 5. It is understood that the first and second lamella 6, 7 are dimensioned so as to generate a housing 7 the dimensions of which are compatible with effective maintenance of the heel pieces 8.

A tongue 9 is provided at the rear of the sole S. The lower part of the tongue 9 is extended by a base 10 which is inserted under the first lamella 5.

In this way when the sole is in place in a shoe C, pulling on the tongue 9 can lift the sole S by acting on the blade 5 through the base 10. In this way the extraction of the sole S shoe C is facilitated.

Note the presence of a damping element 11 at the front portion 3 of the sole S. The damping element 11 can be replaced by any other device that the user would like to integrate and be welcomed by any part of the sole S .

Finally an insole 12 is present under the face 1 of the sole. This is to show that the sole S according to the invention can be placed on a conventional insole 12. The sole S may be possibly shorter than the sole 12.

Fig. 2 and 3 allow to better visualize the structure of a sole S according to the invention. Fig. 2 has a sole S compressed under the action of a foot while Fig. 3 represents a sole S at rest. Note the presence of lateral guides 2a and 2b at the upper face 2 of the sole S. These guides protruding from the upper face 2 towards the outside of the sole and upwards, allow a better maintaining the sole S in the shoe C. The sole shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 does not have a tab. Such a sole could usefully be installed, for example in dance shoes or other similar low shoes.

Fig. 4 illustrates the use of a tongue 9 and its base 10 with the sole S seen in FIG. 2 and 3.

Fig. 5 and 6 are views from above to better understand the shape of a sole according to the invention. The sole shown in Fig. 5 does not include a tab while the sole shown in FIG. 6 comprises a tongue according to another embodiment wherein the tongue has two lateral notches 9a and 9b.

Fig. 7 and 8 allow to apprehend the sole S in situation in a shoe C, and in contact with a foot P for the case of FIG. 7. Note the presence of a damping element 11 which extends longitudinally along a lateral edge of the sole S.

Fig. 9 and 10 illustrate a sole S according to the invention provided with a tongue 9 according to two different embodiments, a foot P coming into contact with the sole S.

Fig. 11 to 22 illustrate numerous variants of embodiment of the sole S. It can be seen in particular that when the tongue 6 is not a single block with the rest of the sole, it is possible to report it in different ways (FIG. 12 to 14).

Fig. 23 to 35 and Fig. 42 to 44 illustrate numerous embodiments of a sole S according to the invention. In particular Fig. 42 illustrates the sole S with the heels 8, Fig. 43 without the heelpieces 8, the tongue 6 being at rest and FIG. 44 illustrates the sole S without the heel pieces 8, the tongue 6 being raised for the insertion of the heels 8.

Fig. 36 to 41 illustrate numerous possibilities for inserting a damping element 11 according to the invention.

Claims (13)

Sole (S) inner shoe comprising a first face (1) adapted to be in contact with the bottom of a shoe (C) and a second face (2) adapted to be in contact with the foot (P) of the user of the shoe (C), the sole (S) comprising a front portion (3) adapted to take place in the front portion (C1) of the shoe (C) and a rear portion (4) adapted to take place in the bitter part (C2) of the shoe (C) in the vicinity of the heel, characterized in that the rear part (4) comprises at least two lamellae (5), (6) superposed one above the other, a first lamella (5) being arranged in the extension of the front part (3) of the sole and under a second lamella (6), a housing (7) which can remain between the first (5) and the second lamella (6) . 2.
