It is known to use exercise straps to practice physical exercises aimed in particular at strengthening the muscles of the user. Such straps make it possible to perform various physical exercises (such as stretching or pulling) in the place of his choice (including his home or in his garden). These weightlifting straps thus constitute an alternative or a complement to more specific, binding and expensive equipment (bicycles, weight machines, etc.) or requiring travel in a specific infrastructure (gym, swimming pool, etc.). More specifically, the known body weights are generally equipped on the one hand with a handle and on the other hand with a hooking system. The user can thus, thanks to the system of attachment, hang his strap to any solid and fixed element (tree, post, dedicated portico ...) which makes it possible to easily transform any place (including home) in place of physical exercise. Thanks to the handle, the user can grab the strap to perform various physical exercises (stretching, relaxation, pulling ...).

These known straps give a relative satisfaction from a global point of view to their users but nevertheless have various disadvantages. In particular, the known exercise straps are equipped with a flexible strap, sometimes more or less elastic and a handle formed by a rigid tube through which the strap can slide.

Such a handle design lends itself well to gripping by the fingers of the user but proves to be ergonomically unsuitable for gripping by the palm of the hand, or by other surfaces of the human body (before- arm, arm, thigh, neck ...) with a risk of pain or even trauma or injury, which in practice considerably limits the variety of physical exercises achievable. In other words, such a known strap is generally suitable only for exercises using the upper limbs of the body (traction, for example). In addition, these known straps do not allow optimal and intuitive work of the hand grip, that is to say the ability to manually tighten an object. Reinforcement of the grip is often sought after by sportsmen practicing a ball game in hand (basketball, handball, rugby, etc.).

In addition, the materials used for producing this type of handle (usually PVC) are relatively unsuitable for the practice of physical exercises. Indeed, as and when physical effort, sweat will accumulate on the surface of the handle, making it particularly slippery and dangerous since the user may escape.

Finally, such a handle has a major drawback when storing or transporting the accessory. Indeed, if the strap, by its flexibility, can be folded or rolled on itself to minimize its size, the handle has on the contrary a large size, sometimes greater than the size of the strap.

In an attempt to overcome all or part of the aforementioned drawbacks, it has been proposed to cover the handle tube with an absorbent material (foam) to improve the comfort of the user. This element absorbing all the perspiration emitted during physical exercise (like a sponge) proves to be a source of discomfort and discomfort for the user (humidity, odor, difficulty cleaning / drying ...). In addition, this solution further increases the size of the handle, further complicating the transport and storage of the accessory.

The objects assigned to the present invention therefore aim to remedy the various disadvantages listed above and to propose a new exercise accessory that is particularly comfortable and ergonomic, and whatever the way the accessory is used and the part body which is in contact with said accessory.

The strap 1 is advantageously formed by a flat strip of a relatively strong, flexible material, preferably in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped whose thickness is small compared to its width ls and especially its length Ls, as 1 illustrates, for example, the thickness of the strap 1 is less than 3 mm and is substantially equal to 1 mm, which makes it possible to give the strap 1 its flat shape and an excellent compromise between flexibility and strength. mechanical. The handle 2 is itself designed to provide a contact interface and / or tap between the user and the accessory, that is to say, to form an intermediate element intended to be interposed between the user and the strap 1. As explained above, the material constituting said band 21 is nubuck, which is characterized in particular by its velvety appearance giving it a softness to the touch, substantially comparable to that of suede. Regardless, said nubuck may be of natural origin, such as for example a suede or leather crust which has been ground and / or scraped according to a particular treatment well known as such, or of synthetic origin, that is, ie made from chemical compounds.

In the case where the nubuck is of synthetic origin, the latter is advantageously made from at least one of the following materials or groups of materials: polyurethane, TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), synthetic rubber polyamide, elastane (also referred to as "spandex").

Preferably, said nubuck is of synthetic origin and is formed by a multilayer material comprising at least one of the materials of the preceding list. According to an advantageous embodiment, said multilayer material comprises at least two of the following three layers, and preferably the following three layers: a first layer composed predominantly, and advantageously only, of polyurethane, said first layer advantageously intended to be in contact direct with the user and thus forming an upper layer, - a second layer, or intermediate layer, composed of one or more thermoplastic elastomer (s), synthetic rubber and advantageously other components, the elastomer (s) (S) thermoplastic (s) advantageously constituting the majority compound, preferably greater than 70%, within said second layer, - a third layer, or lower layer, composed of polyamide and elastane, the polyamide advantageously constituting the compound majority, preferentially more than 80%, within the said third uche.

Indeed, the nubuck, whether of natural or synthetic origin, or an equivalent material having substantially the same characteristics and properties, including softness, flexibility, strength, water repellency and / or adhesion, is the only material, among the multitude of materials tested in the development of this invention, to bring together properties as diverse as softness, flexibility, strength, water repellency or adhesion, which allows the handle 2 of the accessory object of the invention to have qualities of comfort and ergonomics hitherto never achieved in the field of exercise straps. More specifically, the softness of the nubuck, mainly due to its velvety appearance, gives it a particularly pleasant touch with human skin, so that it is not necessary to interpose an additional element between the skin of the user and the handle 2, as is sometimes the case with the currently known handles. In addition, the density of the nubuck allows the user not to feel the presence of the strap 1 under the handle 2, even with a small thickness of material. The flexibility of the nubuck allows it to adapt to any shape, so that it is possible for the user to grasp the handle described by the invention with the fingers, the hand or any other surface of the body, including surfaces hitherto incompatible with the known exercise straps such as for example the neck, the forearm, the armpit, the thigh, the ankle, the popliteal surface, etc. In addition, thanks to this material and the handle 2 thus produced, it is possible and even intuitive for the user to work his grip, that is to say the ability of his hand to tighten. Preferably, the width of the handle 2 is substantially equal to 1.5 times the width of the strap 1, and is advantageously substantially between 35 mm and 130 mm.
