Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de dosimétrie (0100) et d'identification de rayonnements multiples qui permettent la surveillance de rayonnements alpha, bêta et gamma. Le système incorpore un détecteur à dérive au silicium segmenté SSDD qui permet la mesure du rayonnement absorbé directement sur un segment du SSDD et le rayonnement à partir d'un détecteur de rayonnement à scintillation RSD sur plusieurs segments du SSDD. Avec le côté anode du SSDD dirigé vers la surface d'inspection du rayonnement RIS, le détecteur de rayonnement à SSDD+RSD empilés collecte le rayonnement qui est traité par un amplificateur sensible à la charge puis traité par un différenciateur à marquage temporel. Un dispositif peut être configuré pour collecter les données de différenciation par marquage temporel à partir des différents segments de SSDD pour permettre la discrimination simultanée de plusieurs types de rayonnement.
