Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS 1) Vanne à membranes avec un corps (11) apte à être traversé par un fluide selon une première direction, caractérisée par le fait qu’elle comprend : une première membrane (12) disposée transversalement par rapport à la première direction du fluide, ladite première membrane (12) étant solidaire du corps par une arête (121) et étant percée d’une ouverture pour le passage du fluide, un organe moteur (15) apte à exercer sur la première membrane (12) une force de flambage parallèle au plan de la première membrane et perpendiculaire à la direction de l’arête (121), une seconde membrane (13) apte à recouvrir ladite ouverture de manière à bloquer tout écoulement de fluide par l’ouverture, la seconde membrane (13) étant solidaire de la première membrane le long d’un axe (131) perpendiculaire à ladite arête (121), la seconde membrane étant agencée de manière à prendre une position incurvée autour de l’axe (131) lorsqu’elle n’est soumise à aucun effort, et une position de fermeture de ladite ouverture quand la première membrane est en flexion.
- 2) Vanne selon la revendication 1 dont la seconde membrane (13) est agencée de façon à être en position de fermeture où elle est en appui contre la première membrane (12), lorsque la première membrane est en position de repos, sans flexion et qu’une différence de pression existe entre les deux faces de la seconde membrane (13).
- 3) Vanne selon l’une des revendications précédentes dont la seconde membrane (13) présente une face soumise à une précontrainte induisant une forme incurvée autour dudit axe (131) en absence d’effort appliqué sur la seconde membrane (13).
- 4) Vanne selon l’une des revendications précédentes dont l’organe moteur (15) comprend un piston (153) mobile dans une direction transversale par rapport à la direction dudit fluide.
- 5) Vanne selon la revendication précédente dont le piston (153) est mobile dans une chambre (111) apte à être alimentée en fluide sous pression.
- 6) Vanne selon l’une des revendications précédentes dont la première membrane (12) comprend des bords latéraux (123), entre l’arête (121) et l’organe moteur (15), coulissant le long du corps (11).
- 7) Turbomachine comprenant une turbine et un circuit de ventilation d’un organe de la turbine, ledit circuit comprenant une vanne selon l’une des revendications précédentes.
- 8) Turbomachine selon la revendication 7 dont la vanne est disposée sur le carter de la turbine.
- 9) Turbomachine selon la revendication précédente, dont le circuit de ventilation est agencé pour assurer le contrôle de jeu entre l’extrémité des aubes de la turbine et l’anneau de turbine.
- 10) Turbomachine selon la revendication 8 dont le circuit de ventilation est agencé pour assurer le refroidissement du rotor de turbine.
