The present invention relates to the field of the detachable heel shoe and more particularly relates to a removable shoe heel, a shoe arranged to receive such a removable heel and a shoe comprising such a removable heel.

The shoe according to the invention has the major advantage of being used both with or without a removable heel attached to the sole.

STATE OF THE ART

A shoe conventionally comprises three parts: the upper which consists of the visible top and its internal lining and any reinforcements, the first assembly, consisting of several layers, on which the upper is fixed, generally by gluing and / or seam and which, thus assembled with the rod and completed by the first assembly which covers it, determines the interior volume receiving the foot, and the sole which is fixed under the first assembly by inserting between them the lower edge of the rod , partly folded under the first.

It is further known to use a shank between the sole and the first mounting which extends from the heel to the metatarsals following the arch of the arch to support it while maintaining the arch of the shoe.

We have already known for a long time shoes with removable heels, generally intended to allow the use of different heels adapted to the intended use of shoes. For example, US2795866 discloses a replaceable heel shoe, in which the heel is assembled with the rod by a slider system arranged under the first mounting, a lock blocking the heel on the slider. Such a shoe allows to use different heel heights with the same rod. Because of these different heel heights, there is provided for each heel height a shank having a curve adapted to this height.

The heel, towards the back of the shoe is generally fixed under the sole or integrated with it. Therefore, most commonly, only the front portion of the sole is in contact with the ground, the heel ensuring contact with the ground at the rear of the shoe, and an intermediate portion of the sole, between the front part. and the heel, is elevated and normally without contact with the ground. The heel responds to a need for stability and help with walking. In addition, the heel is most often made of hard plastics and resistant to shocks and compressions (ABS or polystyrene).

Document US2006075662 discloses a shoe with removable heel, wherein the heel is formed integrally with the shank, whose shape is adapted to the height of the heel. The rear portion of the first mounting, above the heel, is pivotable relative to the front portion of the first, and has a boss adapted to fit into a housing provided at the upper end of the heel. Furthermore, a longitudinal housing is formed in the first mounting or between the first mounting and the sole, to receive the shank. To set up the heel, the shank is inserted into said longitudinal housing, then folds the pivoting rear portion of the first mounting to insert the boss in the heel housing until snapped by a spring latch. This system therefore requires a first assembly with an articulated rear part, which can create discomfort in the hinge hinge and which furthermore adversely affects the good rigidity of the connection, in particular in torsion, between the front part. shoe and heel, since only the shank ensures this connection. In addition, the hinge of the first mounting must alone withstand all efforts likely to be exerted in the longitudinal direction between the front part and the heel. WO2014 / 181058 discloses a shoe having a mounting first, a rod attached to the first mounting, a sole and a removable heel. The first mounting has a flexible central portion to be able to adapt its camber to the height of the heel. The removable heel is arranged to be fixed under a rear portion of the first mounting and form with this rear portion a rigid joint detachable. The sole is fixed under the first mounting in front of the heel, to cover a front portion of the first mounting and having a rear portion to cover a central portion of the first mounting, located between the front portion and the heel. The heel is also linked to a shank extending in a longitudinal direction of the first mounting and engaging transversely to said longitudinal direction with guiding and holding means located in said central portion and integral with the first mounting , the shank having a predetermined longitudinal profile so as to adapt the camber of the first mounting in said central portion according to the height of the heel. The guiding and holding means are embedded in an envelope of flexible material integrally bonded to the first mounting and leaving a free passage for the insertion of the shank, the guiding and holding means and the envelope being concealed by the part back of the sole.

Such a shoe also has several disadvantages. Firstly, the removable heel mounting and locking system is expensive and complex in that it uses a plurality of interleaved or sliding metal parts, especially since the lock is made by the user of the shoe. using its mass, like a ski boot, which can make the shoe fragile and reduce its duration of use, even dangerous for the user who could twist the ankle or knee, which has a major drawback. In addition, the sole being fixed under the first mounting in front of the heel, it is not possible to walk with this shoe if a removable heel is not attached to the shoe, which requires always having a removable heel to use the shoe and therefore has a significant disadvantage.

GENERAL PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION The invention therefore aims to solve at least in part these disadvantages by providing a simple, reliable and effective shoe solution that can be used both with or without removable heel. To this end, the invention firstly relates to a shoe sole adapted to be mounted on the entire lower surface of a first shoe mounting, said sole defining a receiving housing of a shank and comprising, at its lower rear portion, a bearing protrusion adapted both to allow walking when said sole is mounted on the first mounting and to receive a removable heel.

By the term "removable" is meant that the heel can be mounted and removed easily, in seconds, a lot of times. By the term "receive" means that the removable heel can be fixed on the support protrusion to allow walking of the wearer of the shoe. By the terms "front" and "rear", for the purposes of the present application, there are defined places, views or elements situated respectively at the front and at the rear of the boot in its resting position in support of on its sole and on its support protrusion or its heel, as for example shown in Figure 2 below. Similarly, "lower" or "below" and "upper" or "above", is characterized, for the purposes of this application, places, views or elements located respectively below or above the shoe in its rest position resting on its sole and on its protrusion of support or its heel, as for example shown in Figure 2 below.

The bearing protuberance thus advantageously serves a dual function of integrated heel to the sole and receiving and locking a removable heel.

According to a feature of the invention, the lower portion of the bearing protrusion is substantially flat, preferably flat, to provide a high stability when walking.

Advantageously, the support protuberance is derived from material of the sole to make it solid and easy to manufacture.

In one embodiment, the bearing protrusion is cylindrical in shape of circular section, which makes it easy to manufacture and allows to easily block or remove a removable heel.

According to one aspect of the invention, the soleplate comprising an upper surface adapted to be fixed to the lower surface of the first mounting, a lower surface and a thickness of material extending between said upper surface and said lower surface, the housing receiving a shank is closed and delimited in said thickness of material. Advantageously, the receiving means comprise a plurality of structural elements arranged parallel to each other in order to provide transverse flexibility of the soleplate to be used flat, that is to say without removable heel, or to receive removable heels of different heights.

Advantageously, the structural elements extend transversely over a large part of the sole, at its upper surface, so as to stiffen transversely said sole.

Each structural element may be pierced in its central portion by a hole, for example rectangular, substantially the same size as the section of the shank that the sole is intended to receive.

In one embodiment, the structural elements are rigid parts made for example of plastic or metal, in particular stainless steel or aluminum. The structural elements can be fixed in the thickness of the sole at a distance from one another, for example by gluing or by coating during the manufacture of the sole.

According to a feature of the invention, the sole comprises first means of locking a shank at its front portion to maintain the shank firmly in the receiving housing.

Preferably, the first locking means comprise a locking notch fixed on the sole at the front end of the receiving housing.

Advantageously, the sole comprises a plurality of grooves for easy bending.

In one embodiment, the ridges are advantageously arranged in front of the structural elements at the largest curvature of the soleplate for greater flexibility. The invention also relates to a shoe heel arranged to be removably mounted on a shoe sole as presented above, said heel comprising a body having a front portion, intended to bear against the sole of a shoe being directed towards the front of said shoe, and a rear portion, intended to bear against said sole being oriented towards the rear of the shoe, the heel being remarkable in that it comprises a shank hingedly fixed on the body at its rear portion.

The heel according to the invention is thus simple and inexpensive to manufacture while being easy to fix on a sole as presented above.

Preferably, the articulation of the shank with respect to the body of the heel being carried out by a connecting element in the form of an insert, fixed, on the one hand, to the rear part of the shank, and, on the other hand, at the upper part of the back portion of the body. The connecting element may be any suitable part such as, for example, an axis or a pin which are simple, inexpensive and effective means of pivot connection.

Alternatively, the connecting element could be derived from shank material, that is to say a portion of the shank, having a flexibility for the articulation of the body of the heel relative to the shank.

According to one characteristic of the invention, the heel comprises, at its upper part, a locking housing of a protrusion of support of a sole.

Advantageously, the heel comprises second locking means for locking the bearing protrusion in the locking housing to maintain the heel firmly fixed on the sole.

Preferably, these second locking means are mounted on the upper portion of the front portion of the heel.

In one embodiment, the second locking means is in the form of a latch which is a simple, inexpensive and effective locking means. The invention also relates to a shoe comprising a mounting first and a sole as shown above fixed on the entire lower surface of said first mounting.

In one embodiment, the shoe further comprises a heel as previously shown mounted on the sole. The invention finally relates to a method of assembling a shoe with a removable heel, said method comprising a step of insertion of the shank in the shank housing of the sole, a step of articulation of the heel relative to the shank so that the heel tilts around the hinge means, a step of inserting the bearing protrusion of the sole in the locking housing and a locking step of the heel on the sole. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Description of an embodiment of the system according to the invention

The present invention relates to a shoe with removable heel and variable camber, including a shoe for women, for example pump-type, with a fully removable and interchangeable heel, which can be disassembled and reassembled simply and quickly without the need for tools. The invention aims in particular to allow easy change of heel to adjust the height of the shoe as needed, while maintaining the same footwear, which requires an adaptation of the arch. In addition, the invention aims in particular to allow the flat walk of the wearer of the shoes. For the purposes of this application, the term "flat walk" means walking in the absence of a removable heel fixed to the boot.

The embodiment of the boot 1 according to the invention illustrated in Figures 1 to 5 comprises a rod 10 (partially illustrated for the sake of clarity), a mounting first 20 and a sole 30. The shoe 1 extends substantially in a longitudinal direction XX in which extends the foot of the wearer of the shoe 1.

The upper 10 constitutes the apparent upper surface of the boot and comprises at least one layer of material, for example leather or a plastic material. The rod 10 may further comprise an inner liner and / or structural reinforcements. The rod 10 is fixed on the first mounting 20, for example by gluing and / or stitching. It will be noted that, in another embodiment, the boot according to the invention could comprise a plurality of rods, for example a front rod and a rear rod.

The first mounting 20 consists of one or more layers and defines with the rod 10 an interior receiving volume of the foot. With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, the first mounting 20 comprises an upper surface 22, known in the known manner of cleanliness, on which the foot bears and a lower surface 24 on which the sole 30 is fixed. cleanliness may be in the form of a thin strip of leather which is glued to the first mounting 20 and under which can be slipped a thin layer, for example foam, to improve the comfort of the shoe 1.

The sole 30 is fixed on the entire lower surface 24 of the first mounting 20, for example by inserting between them the lower edge of the rod 10 partially folded under the first mounting 20.

Referring to Figures 6 and 7, the sole 30 includes an upper surface 32 attached to the lower surface 24 of the first mounting 20, a lower surface 33 and a material thickness 34 extending between said upper surface 32 and said surface. lower 33.

An interior space, constituting a housing 35 called "shank", is delimited in the material thickness 34 to receive a shank 410, with reference to Figures 12 and 13. This shank 410 is in the form of a plate elongate, preferably metallic and flexible, comprising a front portion 410A and a rear portion 410B.

The sole 30 comprises flexible means for receiving said shank 410 mounted in the inner space 35 and first locking means, optional, for locking the shank 410 by its front portion 410A at the front portion of the sole 30, still with reference to Figures 12 and 13.

In the example illustrated in Figures 6, 7, 8 and 11, these receiving means comprise a plurality of elements 36 of structure arranged parallel to each other. These structural elements 36 extend transversely over a large part of the sole 30, at its upper surface 32, so as to stiffen transversely said sole 30.

Each structural element 36 is pierced in its central portion by a rectangular hole (not shown) of substantially the same size as the section of the shank 410 that the sole 30 is intended to receive.

These structural elements 36 are rigid parts made for example of plastic or metal, in particular stainless steel or aluminum. They can be made either in the form of a thick piece or in folded sheet metal part. These structural elements 36 are fixed in the thickness 34 of the sole 30 at a distance from each other, for example by gluing or by coating during the manufacture of the sole 30.

Referring to Figure 15, the first locking means are in this example in the form of a locking notch 38 fixed on the sole 30 at the front end of the receiving housing 35.

The rear portion of the sole 30 substantially corresponds to the pressure zone of the heel of the foot. Thus, with reference to Figures 7, 9 and 10 and according to the invention, the sole 30 comprises, at the rear portion 33A of its lower surface 33, a bearing protrusion 37 adapted to allow walking when the sole 30 is mounted on the first mounting 20 and in the absence of removable heel 40 mounted on the sole 30.

In the example illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, this bearing protrusion 37 is cylindrical in shape with a circular cross section and is made of material from the lower surface 33 of the sole 30. With reference to FIGS. 5, 7, 9 and 10, the bearing protrusion 37 has a flat or substantially flat bottom portion 37A, adapted to allow walking of the wearer of the shoe. It goes without saying that any other form of the bearing protrusion 37 is conceivable since it is adapted to allow walking when the sole 30 is mounted on the first mounting 20 and in the absence of removable heel 40 mounted on the sole 30. Referring to Figure 9, the bearing protrusion 37 comprises at the front of its side wall 37-1, means for receiving second bead locking means described below. In this example, with reference to FIG. 10, these receiving means are in the form of a cavity 37B capable of receiving a lock 408 (with reference to FIG. 12) of the heel 40.

The bearing protrusion 37 has a dual function of supporting the shoe 1 and fixing a removable heel 40, an example of which is described below, in particular with reference to FIGS. 12 and 13.

Thus, in the absence of a removable heel 40, the protrusion of support 37 makes it possible to give its footing to the shoe 1 at its rear part and in the presence of a removable heel 40 mounted on the shoe 1, the protrusion of support 37 allows to fix said removable heel 40, the latter then giving its plumb with the shoe 1 at its rear part.

Note that the opening of the receiving housing 35 between the shank 410 in the sole 30 and the cavity 37B for receiving the latch 408 may each be provided with a hatch or a valve (not shown) in order to prevent dust or unwanted objects from entering said receiving housing 35 or said cavity 37B.

Referring to Figures 6 to 8 and 15, in order to adapt the camber of the boot 1 according to the heel 40, the sole 30 further comprises, on its upper portion 32, a plurality of striations 39 for easily bending the sole 30. In this example, the grooves 39 are advantageously arranged forward of the structural elements 36 at the level of the largest curvature of the sole 30.

In the embodiment illustrated in Figures 12 and 13, the removable heel 40 according to the invention is arranged to be mounted on the sole of Figures 6 to 11. For this purpose, the heel 40 comprises a body 400, the shape of which outer can be determined according to the desired style, and a shank 410 mounted on said body 400.

The shank 410 is preferably made of metal, without this being limiting to the scope of the present invention. Indeed, the shank 410 could be made of any other suitable material such as, for example, wood or a plastic material, depending on the type of shoe.

Still referring to FIGS. 12 and 13, the body 400 comprises, at its lower part 402, a contact zone 402A intended to come into contact with the ground during a step made with the boot 1 on which the removable heel 40.

The body 400 also comprises at its upper part 404, with reference to FIGS. 13 and 14, a locking housing 406 adapted to receive the bearing protrusion 37 of the sole plate 30.

Referring to Figure 12, the body 400 has a front portion 405A, intended to abut against the sole 30 of the boot 1 being oriented towards the front of said shoe 1, and a rear portion 405B, intended to come in abutment against said sole 30 being oriented towards the rear of the boot 1.

The shank 410 avoids a deformation of the curve, or camber shape profile, and thus allows a good maintenance of the rear part of the foot and a good stability of the heel 40. The shank 410 is fixed to the body 400 of the heel 40 to level of the upper portion 405B-1 of the rear portion 405B of the body 400 and preferably extends to the metatarsal foot of the wearer of the shoe 1 following the arch of the arch to support it all keeping the arch of the shoe 1.

According to the invention, the shank 410 is mounted on the body 400 in an articulated manner, according to one or a plurality of pivot axes parallel to each other and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction XX of the shoe 1 (with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 ). The heel 40 further comprises second locking means, in this example, as illustrated in FIGS. 12 to 14, in the form of a lock 408, mounted on the upper part 405A-1 (with reference to FIG. 14) of the front portion 405A of the heel 40 and for locking the bearing protrusion 37 in the locking housing 406.

The implementation of the invention will now be described. I. Implementation of the invention

The shoe of FIG. 1 can be used as a flat walking shoe, such as, for example, a ballerina type shoe, resting at the level of the heel of the foot of the walker on the bearing protrusion 37 of the sole 30.

When it is desired to fix a removable heel 40 to increase the height of the boot 1, it is first necessary to insert at least part of the shank 410 of the heel 40 in the receiving housing 35 of the sole 30 .

The body 400 of the heel 40 is then articulated by means of the flexible connecting element 412 so that the body 400 of the heel 40 moves away from the shank 410 while continuing to drive the shank 410 into the receiving housing 35. through the structural elements 36 to position the body 400 of the heel 40, in particular its locking housing 406, substantially opposite the bearing protrusion 37 of the sole 30 and to lock the shank 410 in the locking catch 38.

The heel 40 is then pivoted, again via the flexible connecting element 412, in the direction of the bearing protrusion 37 so that it engages in the locking housing 406 and locks the body 400. heel 40 on the sole 30 via the latch 408 to secure the heel 40 on the shoe 1.

The shoe 1 according to the invention can thus advantageously be used both for the flat walk, without removable heel, with a removable heel 40 whose height can be chosen from a plurality of different heights in order to adapt the shoe to the desired use. Such a removable heel 40 is easy to assemble and remove from the sole 30. The sole 30 and the heel 40 are at the same time simple, reliable and effective, which makes the shoe 1 solid, easy to manufacture and inexpensive.

Finally, it should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the examples described above and is capable of numerous variants accessible to those skilled in the art.
