Abstract
L'invention concerne un amortisseur (1) réglable comprenant un corps (2, 8) empli de fluide, une tige (3) configurée pour pénétrer et coulisser dans le corps. Des moyens de décharge (3, 16, 17, 18, 10, 53) définissent dans le corps au moins deux chambres successives (6, 7, 11, 12) à volumes et pressions variables permettant de dissiper l'énergie générée par les mouvements de la tige. Un système de décharge (16, 53) dispose d'un ensemble pointeau (21, 54) et gicleur (22, 55) agencé entre deux chambres et configuré pour transférer le fluide dans au moins un sens avec un débit permanent. Le réglage de la position du pointeau par rapport au gicleur permet de régler le débit permanent à une valeur définie. Le pointeau comprend une tête configurée pour que la courbe représentative du débit, en fonction de la position du pointeau, soit quasiment une droite. Adjusting the position of the needle in relation to the nozzle allows the permanent flow to be adjusted to a defined value. The needle comprises a head configured so that the curve representative of the flow rate, as a function of the position of the needle, is almost a straight line. The invention also relates to a suspension system equipped with such a shock absorber.
