Les fabricants mettent à la disposition des utilisateurs des solutions pour remplir le réservoir de leur cigarette électronique. Ces solutions contiennent des concentrations prédéterminées de nicotine avec des valeurs limitées, d'autres solutions ne sont composées que d'arômes.
