La présente invention se rapporte à un système (1) pour introduire une mousse minérale (M) aqueuse à faible densité, en particulier une mousse de ciment, dans une alvéole (101) d'un élément de construction (100), en particulier dans une alvéole d'un bloc à maçonner, comprenant : - un moyen de stockage (2) de la mousse minérale (M) aqueuse, - un moyen de régulation (3) de l'écoulement de la mousse minérale (M) aqueuse depuis le moyen de stockage (2) vers l'extérieur du moyen de stockage (2), ledit moyen de régulation (3) étant mobile entre une première position (P1) ou un premier état de fonctionnement dans lequel l'écoulement de la mousse minérale (M) aqueuse est autorisé et une deuxième position (P2) ou un deuxième état de fonctionnement dans lequel l'écoulement de la mousse minérale (M) aqueuse est interrompu, - un moyen de commande (4) agencé pour piloter le mouvement du moyen de régulation (3) de manière à prélever un volume de mousse minérale (M) aqueuse depuis le moyen de stockage (2), - un moyen d'acheminement (5) de la mousse minérale (M) aqueuse disposé entre le moyen de stockage (2) et l'alvéole (101) de l'élément de construction (100), le moyen d'acheminement (5) étant dimensionné pour conférer à la mousse minérale (M) aqueuse une vitesse de cisaillement estimée maximale de 55 s'1, de préférence 30 s'1, et encore plus préférentiellement 5 s-1.The present invention relates to a system (1) for introducing a low density aqueous mineral foam (M), in particular a cement foam, into a cell (101) of a building element (100), particularly in a cell of a masonry block, comprising: - a means for storing (2) the aqueous mineral foam (M), - a regulating means (3) for the flow of the aqueous mineral foam (M) since the storage means (2) to the outside of the storage means (2), said regulating means (3) being movable between a first position (P1) or a first operating state in which the flow of the mineral foam ( M) is allowed and a second position (P2) or a second operating state in which the flow of the aqueous mineral foam (M) is interrupted, - a control means (4) arranged to control the movement of the means of regulating device (3) to take a volume of mineral foam (M) aqueous means from the storage means (2), - means for conveying (5) the aqueous mineral foam (M) disposed between the storage means (2) and the cell (101) of the construction element ( 100), the conveying means (5) being dimensioned so as to give the aqueous mineral foam (M) a maximum estimated shear rate of 55, preferably 30, and even more preferably 5 s-1. .
