Abstract
Séparateur de particules de type cyclone à prélèvement périphérique, constitué d'un cyclone principal (1) comportant un tube central (4) sensiblement prolongé vers le haut, d'au moins un mini-cyclone annexe (14) de petite taille par rapport au cyclone principal (1) implanté en parallèle, d'un dispositif (8) de dérivation d'une partie du flux gazeux remontant dans le tube central (4) et d'une tubulure (13) reliant ce dispositif (8) à l'entrée du mini-cyclone (14). La partie basse du tube périphérique est de section polygonale et des moyens (16) sont prévus entre la sortie du tube central (4) et l'entrée du mini-cyclone (13) pour engendrer un champ électrique, magnétique ou acoustique.Cyclone type particle separator with peripheral sampling, consisting of a main cyclone (1) comprising a central tube (4) substantially extended upwards, of at least one additional mini-cyclone (14) of small size compared to the main cyclone (1) installed in parallel, with a device (8) for diverting part of the gas flow going up in the central tube (4) and a pipe (13) connecting this device (8) to the inlet of the mini-cyclone (14). The lower part of the peripheral tube has a polygonal section and means (16) are provided between the outlet of the central tube (4) and the inlet of the mini-cyclone (13) to generate an electric, magnetic or acoustic field.
