Abstract

Ventilation Vortex Mécanique à Circuit Court Evolutive et Autonome, dispositif destiné à renouveler l'air à l'intérieur de l'habitat sur vide sanitaire, ceci notamment afin de ventiler, chauffer, rafraîchir et réguler le taux d'humidité interne dudit habitat, mais aussi de lutter contre les pollutions internes. Le dispositif apporte une solution dans le domaine de la ventilation et du chauffage multi sources, en additionnant un préchauffage géothermique, l'inertie des murs et du plancher du bâtiment, le principe du double flux amélioré via des échangeurs thermiques modulables, réalisé sous la forme d'un caisson multi entrées/sorties d'air, équipé de ventilateurs électriques, de filtres, et d'éléments chauffants. Ledit dispositif VMC possède une capacité avantageuse de modularité et d'évolution, en simple flux uniquement, simple flux avec évacuation de l'air vicié, double flux avec évacuation de l'air vicié, double flux avec effet "Bi Face", avec ou sans chauffage électrique par éléments chauffants, et ceci par simple mise en version de fonctionnalités additionnelles en couche empilables d'échangeurs thermiques à plaques et serpentins de très grande surface, par simple superposition de 3 niveaux d'échangeurs, couplés à des cheminés permettant aux flux de traverser les niveaux. Ledit dispositif donne la possibilité de compléter le caisson, par ajout de fonctions techniques selon les capacités financières étalées dans le temps, ou de revenir en arrière, selon les changements climatiques, ou déplacement du dispositif vers un autre endroit du bâtiment. Dispositif VMC passif et autonome qui apporte une solution bioclimatique à rendement maximal, alimenté par une source électrique naturelle.
