Abstract

Procédé pour modéliser une formation souterraine d'un champ. Le procédé comprend : obtenir un volume sismique comprenant une pluralité de traces sismiques de la formation souterraine du champ, calculer, sur la base du volume sismique, une valeur déduite sismiquement d'un attribut structurel représentant une caractéristique structurelle de la formation souterraine, calculer, sur la base d'un modèle structurel, une valeur déduite structurellement de l'attribut structurel, le modèle structurel comprenant une pluralité de couches structurelles de la formation souterraine, comparer la valeur déduite sismiquement et la valeur déduite structurellement pour générer une valeur de différence représentant un écart de modélisation de l'attribut structurel à une position correspondante dans la formation souterraine, et générer un résultat d'interprétation sismique sur la base de la valeur de différence et de la position correspondante.
