Abstract
L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé de fonctionnement d'un électrolyseur PEM ou d'une pile à combustible PEMFC pour augmenter la durée de vie. Selon l'invention, la gestion de la durée de vie d'un électrolyseur PEM ou d'une pile à combustible PEMFC consiste essentiellement à diminuer la température de fonctionnement et de préférence, également le courant appliqué ou fournir jusqu'à un point de fonctionnement acceptable en termes de dégradation de la membrane du ou des assemblages AME et en termes de performances.
