Un capteur pour la mesure de la concentration d'un constituant d'un gaz d'échappement issu de la combustion d'un carburant dans un moteur à combustion interne, dans lequel le capteur comprend une diode munie d'un : - substrat, - réseau de semi-conducteurs comprenant au moins une paire de couches BGaN et GaN, la couche BGaN étant déposée sur la couche GaN, - matériau catalytique situé sur la couche BGaN et apte à réagir au contact d'un constituant du gaz d'échappement.A sensor for measuring the concentration of a constituent of an exhaust gas resulting from the combustion of a fuel in an internal combustion engine, in which the sensor comprises a diode provided with: - substrate, - semiconductor network comprising at least one pair of BGaN and GaN layers, the BGaN layer being deposited on the GaN layer, - catalytic material located on the BGaN layer and capable of reacting in contact with a constituent of the exhaust gas.
