Outil adapté pour la pose et l'extraction d'une pièce d'obturation (4) d'un orifice (6). L'outil comprend : - une première portion (14) adaptée pour être fixée à ladite paroi autour de l'orifice, - une deuxième portion (16) adaptée pour coopérer avec ladite première portion (14), - des moyens de préhension (40) adaptés pour la préhension de ladite pièce d'obturation (4) et le déplacement de la pièce d'obturation (4) entre les première et deuxième portions (14, 16), - des moyens de fixation libérables (18) configurés pour la fixation étanche des première et deuxième portions (14, 16) l'une à l'autre, et - des moyens d'obturation (20) adaptés pour isoler fluidiquement la première portion (14) de la deuxième portion (16).
