Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil électronique comprenant au moins un transistor (24 ; 26) interposé entre une borne d'entrée (2) et une borne de sortie (4), ainsi qu'un convertisseur numérique-analogique (16 ; 18) commandé par une unité de commande (11) et délivrant un signal analogique (A1 ; A2) destiné à une électrode de commande (G1 ; G2) du transistor (24 ; 26). L'unité de commande (11) est conçue pour commander le convertisseur numérique-analogique (16 ; 18) de façon à ce que le signal analogique délivré (A1 ; A2) provoque une commutation du transistor (24 ; 26) entre un état passant et un état bloqué pour une phase donnée d'une tension alternative (V0) présente sur la borne d'entrée (2). L'unité de commande (11) est en outre conçue pour mémoriser une représentation d'un profil d'évolution temporelle dudit signal analogique (A1 ; A2) et pour commander le convertisseur numérique-analogique (16 ; 18) conformément à ce profil d'évolution temporelle pendant une phase de commutation du transistor (24 ; 26). Un procédé mis en œuvre dans un tel appareil électronique est également proposé.
