[0002] L'invention concerne plus particulièrement une méthode de gestion de la distribution d'énergie électrique en temps réel sur un réseau électrique ilôté (c'est-à-dire déconnecté d'un réseau principal d'un fournisseur d'énergie) comportant un ensemble de sources d'énergie électrique et un ensemble de charges associées, l'ensemble des sources d'énergie électrique et des charges étant de puissance comparable.FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] The invention relates to an "intelligent" energy distribution network that uses computer technologies in such a way as to: optimize the production, distribution, and consumption of electricity in the network to improve the energy efficiency of the whole. The invention relates more particularly to a method of managing the distribution of electrical energy in real time on an electrical network ilôté (that is to say, disconnected from a main network of a power supplier) comprising a set of electric power sources and a set of associated loads, all the sources of electrical energy and loads being of comparable power.
Given the difficulties of storing electrical energy in large quantities, smart grids (or "smart grids" in English) advantageously make it possible to adjust the production and distribution of electricity. depending on the needs. For this, it is known different methods of managing the distribution of electrical energy on a "smart grid". An example of managing the distribution of energy on a "smart grid" network is to prioritize consumption requirements according to emergencies in order to optimize the efficiency of the sources of energy production, to minimize line losses, to optimize the decentralized production of renewable origin, to distribute the electricity at the best price possible by selecting for example the cheapest sources. [0005] The known energy distribution management algorithms are developed to manage and optimize the production and distribution on national or even international distribution networks, depending on the demand. [0006] On the other hand, these energy management algorithms are generally complex and require large computing capacities so as to take into consideration a multitude of operating parameters such as, for example: the energy cost of the source, the environmental impact of the source, the cost of maintenance, the availability of the source, the energy capacity of the source, the service life, the reliability of the source etc. The great complexity of these computational algorithms induces an increase in computation time taking into account all the parameters to be taken into consideration. Thus, the computation times of these algorithms are of the order of several seconds, which makes it impossible to realistically adapt in real time. In addition, the known management methods are not suitable for the particular management of ilôté networks having sources and loads of comparable powers and whose resources are limited and variable over time, in opposition with sources of type nuclear plant. Thus, for the management of remote networks with low power sources and whose resources are variable very quickly, it is necessary to have a management method using a calculation algorithm to achieve a real-time adaptation of the electrical distribution on the network.
OF THE INVENTION [0010] Thus, the invention aims at providing a management method for the distribution of electrical energy of an on-board network, said remote network comprising: a plurality of sources of electrical energy; a plurality of charges consuming said electric energy produced by said sources; means for managing and distributing to said plurality of charges the electrical energy produced by said plurality of sources, the management and distribution means being formed by a computer and a man / machine interface; said method being characterized in that it comprises: a step of identifying a set of operating criteria qualifying the different sources of electrical energy of the network, each source of said network having an index associated with each of the criteria of exploitation; a modeling step in the quadratic form of each of the indices of each source; a constrained optimization step of determining, in real time, the minimum or the maximum of each criterion of the network as a function of the constraints of the network at the given instant; said fourth step comprising: - a first substep of constructing the algorithm of resolution by means of Lagrange multipliers so that each criterion of the network is expressed in the form of a linear equation [A]. [X] = [b] with: - [A] representing a matrix of dimension nX n, with n integer, representing the number of sources of the network added to the number of constraints per operating criterion, - [b] representing a column matrix at 71 lines ; - [X] representing a n-row column matrix representing the solutions of the algorithm; a second substep of solving the linear equations [A]. [X] = [b] by using the conjugated gradient method so as to solve said linear equations in at least n iterations; a third substep of checking the inequality constraints; a step of distributing control commands to the sources of said network. The method according to the invention therefore provides a real-time update of the control instructions, that is to say with a lower update frequency millisecond, and typically the order of a hundred microseconds, by setting up a very fast calculation method that is consistent with so-called real-time calculations for the real-time optimization of the power distribution on the loads of a electrical network ilôté. The method according to the invention thus makes it possible to better manage the various sources of the network and to better distribute the electrical energy production of an on-grid network having low power sources, and / or medium power sources and whose production resources of energy are limited and / or variable in time. The method according to the invention is particularly suitable for the management of an island network having a plurality of electrical energy sources and a plurality of loads whose powers are comparable and typically less than 10 MW. Thus, for a given state of charge of the network, the method according to the invention makes it possible to determine the optimal power distribution between the different sources of electrical energy taking into account at the given moment, the different indices proper each source that characterizes each source in relation to the identified exploitation criteria (technical criteria, economic criterion, energy criterion, etc.). The management method proposed by the invention has the advantage of using only, for the resolution of the calculation algorithm, the Lagrange multipliers and the conjugated gradient method, which allows to obtain a resolution of the algorithm in real time (in a time less than the millisecond). The management method according to the invention also makes it possible to ensure a frequency of resolution of the constant algorithm with respect to management algorithms of the state of the art whose response time is not controlled nor constant because it is dependent on a number of iterations that is not mastered. The management method according to the invention makes it possible to have a resolution time at least one hundred times faster for the same computer than with a management method according to the invention. Thus, the invention provides a simple management method, requiring little computing time and to obtain a speed of updating the calculation algorithm while ensuring sufficient accuracy which allows in operation of the network to optimize in real time the operating points of the sources and thus reduce operating and maintenance costs, especially on networks with a strong mix of nature and power sources. Advantageously, the method according to the invention comprises, after the identification step, a step of prioritizing said operating criteria in order of priority by the addition of a priority coefficient via the Human / Machine interface. . Thus, the management method according to the invention makes it possible to achieve a distribution by favoring one or another operating criterion over others. The invention also relates to an island network comprising: a plurality of sources of electrical energy; a plurality of charges consuming said electric energy produced by said sources; means for managing and distributing to said plurality of charges the electrical energy produced by said plurality of sources, the management and distribution means being formed by a computer and a man / machine interface. Advantageously, the ilôté network comprises wind energy sources and / or sources of energy of photovoltaic origin and / or sources of energy of fossil origin. Figures 9a, 9b, 9c illustrate in graphical form the currents delivered as a function of time for each source of the network. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF AN EMBODIMENT FIG. 1 schematically illustrates an intelligent network 100 ("smartgrid" in English) on the side, that is to say, disconnected from a main network of a provider. of energy and intended to operate autonomously. The network 100 comprises: a plurality of sources of electrical energy Si, S2, and S3 (three sources are represented by way of example) capable of producing and / or storing electrical energy so as to distribute it on the network ; a plurality of charges 10 (four charges are represented by way of example) consuming said electrical energy produced and / or supplied by said sources Si, S2, S3. The assembly is controlled by management means for adapting the amount of electrical energy produced and / or distributed on the network 100 according to the demand of the charges 10 which vary over time and the production of Si sources, S2, S3 whose production may also vary over time. The management means are formed by a computer 30 and a Human Machine Interface (HMI) 20. Each of the network equipment 100 formed by the sources Si, S2, S3 has technical, economic, energy, etc. characteristics. which are his own. These characteristics (different for each source of the network) thus form a set called "network operating criteria".
La méthode des multiplicateurs de Lagrange et l'algorithme des gradients conjugués permettent d'arriver à un algorithme global que le calculateur peut rapidement mettre en exécution et mettre à jour en temps réel en fonction des données du réseau évoluant à chaque instant.20These various operating criteria C1, C2, C3, C4, C5 to be taken into account are for example: the power delivered; - operating mode ; - the energy cost; - the amount of energy stored; - reliability; - the environmental impact; - lifetime ; - maintenance cost; - dimensioning; Thus, each source 51, S2, S3 of the network 100 has different characteristics for each operating criterion of the network 100. FIG. 2 illustrates in the form of a histogram the characteristics of a source of the network. network 100 (for example the source Si) on five operating criteria Ci, C2, C3, C4, C5. For each criterion of exploitation Ci, C2, C3, C4, C5 is thus associated an index representing the characteristics of the source. This index is for example a value on a scale of 0 to 10 as represented in FIG. 2. This distribution advantageously makes it possible to characterize, on the same scale, each source 51, S2, S3 of the network 100 on all the criteria of FIG. operation of the network 100 predefined. It will be noted that Figure 2 represents a distribution on a selection of five operating criteria; of course the list of criteria given above is not exhaustive. The sources Si, S2, S3 are sources of different nature, for example wind turbines, photovoltaic panels, sources producing electrical energy from fossil energy, etc. The sources Si, S2, S3 of the network 100 are sources whose resources are limited in time and / or whose production of electrical energy is variable over time. Thus the sources of the network 100 according to the invention are different from nuclear-type sources whose resources are considered continuous. The sources are sources of low and / or medium power whose sum of the powers of the network is typically less than 10 MW. Thus, the sources of the network are different from the sources of type nuclear power plant. The computer 30 comprising the management algorithm is directly connected to the network 100 and network facilities and is programmed via the HMI 20. Thus, the computer 30 receives as input: - measurements from the facilities to identify the state of the sources, the state of the network equipment and the state of the network loads; - Setpoint criteria of the network thus forming the constraints of the management algorithm; - information on the future state of the installation; for example on the loads, the available resources, the breakdowns, the forecast maintenances on the installation. FIG. 4 represents a block diagram illustrating the various steps of the management method according to the invention. The management method according to the invention consists in a first step 201 to determine or identify the operating criteria of the network 100 according to the power generation sources of the network. This first step 201 makes it possible to qualify the various sources of electrical energy of the network. In a second step 202, the operating criteria identified are prioritized by the addition of a priority coefficient according to the importance given to each of the criteria. In this respect, Figure 3 illustrates an example of weighting of the operating criteria by the addition of a higher or lower priority coefficient. In the exemplary embodiment illustrated, the lower the value of the priority coefficient, the higher the degree of importance of the operating criterion. The third step 203 consists in modeling in the quadratic form each of the indices of each source Si, S2, S3 which are associated with the operating criteria of the network 100. Thus, for example, if C2s1, C2s2, C2s3 represents the energy cost of each source Si, S2, S3 respectively delivering powers W1, W2, W3 while this third step makes it possible to formulate the energy cost of each source as follows: =: 7210 C2s, -) = C2s' (1) = [0040] The fourth step 204 is a constrained optimization step consisting in determining, in real time, the minimum or the maximum of each of the operating criteria of the network according to the operating constraints of the network in question. the given moment. Thus, in the example previously stated, the fourth step 204 makes it possible to: minimize:: 2eq, = 2i + 2s, + under the operating constraints at the given time of calculation: [0041] For this, the problem of optimization is the following: we seek to find the powers of each source Wl, W2, W3, such that: with the constraints: = 0 [0042] A first substep 214 consists in constructing the resolution algorithm by means of multipliers of Lagrange so that each of the network's operating criteria is expressed in the form of a linear equation of type A -X = b. Consequently, the problem of optimization stated above becomes, by the integration of the Lagrange multipliers, the following problem: according to the embodiment described above, it is sought to determine the powers of each source W1, W2, W3. as well as the Lagrange multiplier A, such that: In the matrix form A = 2 x, TV, + + = 0 + b1 + 2 = 0 + c + 2 = 0 = 0 = 0 With the constraints: [0044 A second substep 224 consists of solving the linear equations A ° X = b determined during the first substep 214 by the use of the conjugate gradient method so as to determine the solution in at least n iterations (n being the size of the system). . A third substep 234 is to check the inequality constraints for the solutions found. If the constraints are checked then the problem is solved; on the other hand, if at least one constraint is not satisfied then the corresponding value is fixed at its upper or lower bound and the resolution of the rest of the problem is resumed with a dimension which is now reduced (n - 1). When the optimization is carried out and the solutions determined, the control instructions are distributed to the sources of the network Si, S2, S3 in a fifth step 205. The management method according to the invention thus makes it possible to determining in real time a configuration of the electrical installation that satisfies priority criteria defined as the most important in the second step 202, taking into account objectives or constraints of the network at each time of calculation. EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENT In order to apprehend the gains made by using the method of managing the energy flows of the network according to the invention compared to the methods of the state of the art, a comparison is made between optimal management, such as that presented according to the invention and conventional management, on an example of performance in terms of operating cost and environmental impact. In this embodiment, it will be assumed that the operating costs of the network are defined by the following criteria: With: Network operating costs; : Environmental impact ; : Cost of energy; : Maintenance cost. In this embodiment, three sources are chosen as follows: the source 1 Si corresponds to a wind energy source; source 2 S2 corresponds to a source of energy of photovoltaic origin; source 3 S3 corresponds to a source of energy of fossil origin. FIG. 5 illustrates in the form of three histograms the characteristics of the three sources Si, S2, S3, defined above, on the operating criteria:, the characteristics being defined on a scale of 1 to 10. [0052] Thus, during the third step 203 modeling in the quadratic form of the operating criteria, we obtain the cumulative exploitation cost by source in the following form: - For source 1. - For source 2: - For source 3: With the following constraints: E E 1.71 E ri.71 [0053] In this exemplary embodiment, the network comprises five loads having characteristics of absorbed power and own resistance. FIG. 6 illustrates an example of the absorbed powers and the associated resistances for each of the loads of the network and FIG. 7 illustrates in the form of a table the evolution of the necessary power on the network which will be simulated to feed these charges in function time over a period of 90 seconds. The graphs illustrated in FIGS. 9a, 9b and 9c illustrate the distribution of the currents delivered by the sources of the network as a function of the load demand given in FIG. 7 and as a function of the constraints of the network. Note that in each of Figures 9a, 9b, 9c has two curves. A first curve illustrates the control setpoint delivered by the computer and a second curve corresponding to the response of the source. It is noted that each time the power required to power the network is changed, a slight difference appears between the two curves due to the response time of the network sources. The table in FIG. 8 illustrates the gains made on this network. embodiment in comparison with a conventional management method of the state of the art. It can thus be seen that the gain in operating cost varies according to the power demand called on the load and according to the setting of the cost functions for the sources. Thus, on this simulation, the management method according to the invention makes it possible to achieve a gain of up to 28% over a given period. Thus, the management method proposed by the invention is based solely on the resolution of an optimization problem under constraints. The Lagrange multiplier method and the conjugated gradient algorithm allow to arrive at a global algorithm that the computer can quickly put into execution and update in real time according to the data of the network evolving at every moment.
