Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) de mesure de l'enfouissement d'une tige fémorale (2) de prothèse de hanche dans le canal médullaire d'un fémur (3). Le dispositif (1) de mesure comprend un corps (11) conçu pour être monté sur une portion d'extrémité distale (23) du col (22) de la tige fémorale (2). Le corps (11) comprend des moyens d'indexage angulaire et au moins un orifice de réception (17a-17b ). Les moyens d'indexage angulaire sont agencés pour coopérer avec le col (22) de la tige fémorale (2) de manière à positionner le corps (11) par rapport à l'axe cervical (Ac) du col (22) dans une position angulaire prédéterminée. Le dispositif (1) comprend en outre, un palpeur (12) conçu pour palper le sommet (31) du grand trochanter du fémur (3) dans lequel est implantée la tige fémorale (2). Le palpeur (12) est monté coulissant dans ledit au moins un orifice de réception (17a-17b). Les moyens d'indexage angulaire et ledit au moins un orifice de réception (17a-17b) sont configurés pour qu'en condition d'utilisation le palpeur (12) s'étende dans un plan (Pa-Pb ) sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe (At) de la tige fémorale (2) et contenant un centre (Ca-Cb) de tête prothétique.
