L'invention concerne une pluralité d'équipements de communication qui comprennent des moyens de géolocalisation et est utilisé par un utilisateur et un dispositif de gestion centralisé comprenant des moyens de traitement et communiquant avec chaque équipement. Le système comprend une étape de renseignement et de communication au dispositif par chaque utilisateur pour communiquer la disponibilité et la géolocalisation des places de stationnement et l'emplacement de zones de danger-une étape de traitement pour coupler tous les utilisateurs ayant ses même objectifs et des géolocalisations proches-une étape de communication entre utilisateurs en temps réel. La solution proposée consiste à indiquer aux autres utilisateurs l'identification de l'état des places de stationnements libres et des zones de danger, concrètement un système de signalisation permettant l'identification, l'état et la reconnaissance des places de stationnement libre et des zones de danger.
