Description
It applies, in particular, to poles, street lamps, parking meters and connected terminals. STATE OF THE ART Systems that are autonomous in energy because they use only renewable energies, particularly the sun or the wind, are more and more envisaged for public lighting functions. This is made possible by the use of light-emitting diodes ("LED" or "LED" for light emitting diode) which have a high efficiency. Photovoltaic panels and wind turbines of small dimensions, thus inexpensive, can thus feed such devices.
