Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Elément d'injection (10, 10') pour un système d'injection de gaz (1) à l'intérieur d'un régénérateur (100) d'une unité de craquage catalytique fluide, ledit système d'injection comprenant un support (11, 11') définissant au moins un orifice (19), ce support comprenant une paroi définissant au moins une partie d'une cavité (103) et ayant une première face (105) destinée à être en contact avec le gaz contenu dans cette cavité, et le support comprenant une deuxième face (106), opposée à la première face, destinée à être contact avec un lit catalytique fluidisé (102), dans lequel ledit élément d'injection définit un passage (12, 12') et est agencé de façon à pouvoir être solidarisé au support, au niveau de l'orifice, de sorte que du gaz issu de la cavité puisse circuler via le passage vers le lit catalytique fluidisé, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'injection est réalisé en matériau céramique.
- 2. Elément d'injection (10 ; 10') selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le matériau céramique est du carbure de silicium SiC ou comprend du carbure de silicium SiC, de préférence en quantité majoritaire.
- 3. Elément d'injection (10 ; 10') selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel le matériau céramique comprend une matrice céramique et des fibres de carbone et/ou céramique incorporées dans cette matrice céramique.
- 4. Système d'injection de gaz (1) pour l'injection de gaz dans un régénérateur d'une unité de craquage catalytique fluide, ledit système comprenant au moins un élément d'injection (10, 10') selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 et le support (11, 11').
- 5. Système d'injection (1) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel pour au moins un élément d'injection (10 ; 10'), le système d'injection comprend un dispositif de fixation (14 ; 14') dudit élément d'injection 3024053 sur le support (11 ; 11'), ledit dispositif de fixation étant apte à absorber une différence de dilatation entre le matériau du support et le matériau en céramique dudit élément d'injection. 5
- 6. Système d'injection (1) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel pour au moins élément d'injection (10 ; 10'), le dispositif de fixation comprend au moins un élément de plaquage (14 ; 14') apte à exercer une force sur cet élément d'injection afin de plaquer cet élément d'injection contre le support (11 ; 11'). 10

Système d'injection (1) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'élément de plaquage comprend une patte (14 ; 14') soudée par une extrémité au support (11 ; 11') et dont l'autre extrémité (21) est apte à exercer une force d'appui élastique sur l'élément l'injection (10 ; 10') 15 lorsque ledit élément d'injection est installé sur le support.
- 8. Système d'injection (1) selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, dans lequel le support comprend un plateau perforé (11 ; 11') agencé pour recouvrir l'intégralité d'une section d'une enceinte (101) du 20 régénérateur (100) afin de supporter le lit catalytique fluidisé (102).
- 9. Procédé de fabrication d'un élément d'injection (10) de gaz pour un régénérateur d'une unité de craquage catalytique fluide, de sorte que cet élément définisse un passage (12) pour le gaz, destiné à déboucher 25 d'une part vers une cavité, et d'autre part vers un lit fluidisé, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'injection est réalisé en matériau céramique.
- 10. Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 9, comprenant 30 une étape de frittage de particules de carbure de silicium SiC.
