Claims (11)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Système (26) de recirculation basse pression des gaz d'échappement destiné à prélever une partie des gaz d'échappement émis par un moteur à combustion interne (1) et à les réinjecter dans un circuit d'admission (2) dudit moteur, ledit système (26) comprenant un circuit (27) pour la circulation desdits gaz d'échappement et étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un piège à ammoniac NH3 (30) apte à piéger l'ammoniac présent dans les gaz d'échappement circulant dans ledit circuit.
- 2. Système (26) de recirculation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit piège à ammoniac NH3 (30) est situé en amont de tout dispositif fonctionnel (28, 29) présent dans ledit circuit (27) par rapport au sens de circulation des gaz d'échappement.
- 3. Système (26) de recirculation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit piège à ammoniac NH3 (30) contient des matériaux permettant d'adsorber les molécules gazeuses d'ammoniac, ces matériaux étant compris dans le groupe comprenant : des charbons actifs, des zéolithes, des alumines activées, des gels de silice, des argiles activées.
- 4. Système (26) de recirculation selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le piège à ammoniac NH3 (30) est équipé d'un dispositif de chauffage permettant une désorption de l'ammoniac par les matériaux présents dans le piège à ammoniac et d'une sortie pour l'évacuation de l'ammoniac relâché par désorption.
- 5. Système (26) de recirculation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit piège à ammoniac NH3 (30) présente une sortie fermée par une vanne anti-retour.
- 6. Système (26) de recirculation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit piège à ammoniac gazeux NH3 (30) contient un catalyseur d'oxydation de l'ammoniac NH3, notamment en monoxyde d'azote (NO), en dioxyde d'azote (NO2) et/ou en oxyde nitreux (N20).
- 7. Moteur à combustion interne (1) à turbocompresseur (4) comprenant un compresseur (5) entrainé par une turbine (6), ledit moteur étant équipé : - d'un circuit d'admission (2) pour l'alimentation en air du moteur, comportant le compresseur (5),- d'un circuit de refoulement (3) pour l'évacuation des gaz d'échappement comportant, d'amont circulation des gaz d'échappement, réduction catalytique sélective des particules, caractérisé en ce qu'il est en aval par rapport au sens de la turbine (6), un dispositif de oxydes d'azote et un filtre à équipé d'un système (26) de recirculation basse pression des gaz d'échappement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dont le circuit (27) est raccordé au circuit de refoulement (3) en aval dudit filtre à particules.
- 8. Moteur à combustion interne (1) selon la revendication 7 lorsqu'elle dépend de l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le piège à ammoniac NH3 (30) dudit système (26) de recirculation basse pression des gaz d'échappement comporte une sortie reliée au circuit de refoulement (3) du moteur en amont du dispositif de réduction catalytique sélective des oxydes d'azote.
- 9. Moteur à combustion interne (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de réduction catalytique sélective des oxydes d'azote est intégré au filtre à particules, à l'entrée de celui-ci.
- 10. Moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le circuit de refoulement (3) comprend en outre, entre la turbine (6) et le dispositif de réduction catalytique sélective des oxydes d'azote, un dispositif de post-traitement (11) comprenant un catalyseur d'oxydation diesel.
- 11. Véhicule comprenant un moteur à combustion interne (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10.
