Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de soudage de deux films PET entre eux, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes de : exercer au moins un point de pression des films l'un contre l'autre ; engendrer une élévation de température du point de pression ; déplacer le point de pression en vue de réaliser une surface de soudure selon un déplacement composé d'une succession de mouvements d'avance, de recul et de mouvements croisés avec les mouvements d'avance et/ou de recul de nature à engendrer une succession de croisements du déplacement sur lui-même du ou des points de pression.
- 2. Procédé de soudage de deux films PET entre eux selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes de : exercer une zone de pression des films l'un contre l'autre à l'aide d'une surface mobile ; entraîner en rotation la surface mobile autour d'un axe perpendiculaire aux films ; déplacer la zone de pression en vue de réaliser une surface de soudure selon un déplacement composé d'une succession de mouvements d'avance, de recul et de mouvements croisés avec les mouvements d'avance et/ou de recul de nature à engendrer une succession de croisements du déplacement sur lui-même du ou des points de pression.
- 3. Procédé de soudage de deux films PET entre eux selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface mobile est entraînée en rotation à une vitesse comprise entre 10 000 tr/min et 100 000 tr/min.
- 4. Procédé de soudage de deux films PET entre eux selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface mobile est entraînée en rotation à une vitesse de 50 000 tr/min.
- 5. Procédé de soudage de deux films PET entre eux selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le point de pression est obtenu par l'intermédiaire d'un embout chauffé.
- 6. Procédé de soudage de deux films PET entre eux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le ou les points de pression sont déplacés le long d'une trajectoire médiane avec une vitesse linéaire le long de la trajectoire médiane comprise entre 1 m/min et 3 m/min.
- 7. Procédé de soudage de deux films PET entre eux selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le ou les points de pression sont déplacés le long d'une trajectoire médiane avec une vitesse linéaire le long de la trajectoire médiane de 2 m/min.
- 8. Procédé de soudage de deux films PET entre eux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le ou les points de pression exercent une pression sur les films comprise entre 2,5 daN et 7,5 daN.
- 9. Procédé de soudage de deux films PET entre eux selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le ou les points de pression exercent une pression sur les films de 5 daN.
- 10. Procédé de soudage de deux films PET entre eux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la température du ou des points de pression est supérieure à 245°C, et préférentiellement supérieure ou égale à 315°C.
