Claims (9)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Conteneur comprenant : - un élément de fermeture (18) ; - un ruban (10) fixé en travers de l'élément de fermeture par collage sur le conteneur (30), la surface de ruban collée sur le conteneur étant choisie pour que la résistance de rupture du collage soit supérieure à la résistance de rupture du ruban, d'où il résulte que le retrait de l'élément de fermeture provoque la rupture du ruban ; et - intégré dans le ruban, un dispositif NFC comprenant une antenne (12) à une extrémité du ruban, formée de spires d'une piste conductrice, la piste conductrice comprenant une boucle (12-1, 12-2) s'étendant dans la longueur du ruban au-delà d'une zone de rupture probable du ruban.
- 2. Conteneur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le ruban comprend des zones (20) d'amorce de rupture au voisinage de l'élément de fermeture.
- 3. Conteneur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la boucle comprend deux segments de piste (40, 42) disposés de part et d'autre du ruban, configurés en paire torsadée.
- 4. Conteneur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la piste conductrice (12) est disposée sur la face du ruban du côté du conteneur, d'où il résulte qu'une tentative de décollage du ruban entraîne un endommagement de la piste conductrice.
- 5. Conteneur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le conteneur est une bouteille (30) et l'élément de fermeture est un bouchon (18).
- 6. Conteneur selon la revendication 5, sous la forme d'une bouteille comprenant une capsule (32) enveloppant le bouchon, le col de la bouteille, et le ruban (10), la longueur de ruban du côté de l'antenne (12) étant choisie pour que la capsule laisse l'antenne exposée aux champs électromagnétiques.
- 7. Dispositif NFC comprenant : - un substrat pliable en forme de ruban (10) ;- une piste conductrice (12) agencée à une extrémité du ruban pour former une antenne ; et - une boucle de la piste conductrice (12-1, 12-2) agencée dans la longueur du ruban.
- 8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le ruban comprénd des zones d'amorce de rupture (20) dans une partie centrale.
- 9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la boucle comprend deux segments de piste (40, 42) disposés de part et d'autre du ruban, et configurés en paire torsadée.10
