Description
The present invention is placed in the field of sports or ball games or flying indoor. It relates to a device for installing on a hard surface a playground having two equal camps marked on the ground by flexible strips and separated by a self-supporting net.
As a nomadic racket game device, the prior art includes a device comprising a separation net between two camps, held taut in a vertical plane thanks to a rigid tubular structure, structure composed of poles interconnected substantially at the level of their lower end by a horizontal rigid element, formed of several nestable sections and stabilizers attached to the base of the posts. The set is removable and can be stored compactly in a transportable bag manually. For marking on the ground, it is found in the prior art the use of flexible bands or ropes (US2010317466 (A1)) maintained and stabilized by stakes planted in the ground. For hard floors such as concrete, parquet or other synthetic surface, to stabilize the connection between the strips and stabilize said strips on the ground, it is found in the prior art the use of loops or studs. The studs are heavy and bulky items. Loops are additional independent elements that can be easily lost during various hardware manipulations. In any case, there is no system integrated with the marking strips or the self-supporting structure of the net, allowing the temporary or permanent fixing of the marking on the ground to the structure of the net to stabilize the marking on the ground during the game. The device according to the invention overcomes this disadvantage. It comprises, in addition to the net and its self-supporting structure as described above a marking system on the ground delimiting the playing surface, a system consisting of several non-slip flexible strips placed on the ground, and stabilized during play by various connecting means between they and between them and the self-supporting structure of the separation net. According to particular embodiments: the stability of the links between the flexible strips, during play, is ensured by the presence at the end of said strips of self-gripping elements, the strips being superimposed at their end and the parts male and female self-gripping contacting each other. the stability of the connections between the flexible strips, during play, is ensured by the presence at the end of said bands of ferrous adhesive elements for one part and magnetic adhesive elements for the other part, so as to ensure a magnetic link between said strips. - The stability of the links between the flexible bands, during the game, is ensured by the presence at the end of said strips of an eyelet for one part and a soft button for the other, the button can be inserted into the eyelet to ensure a mechanical connection between the 5 bands. the stability of the links, during the game, between the flexible bands on the one hand and the stabilizers on the other hand, in each camp, is ensured by the presence on the bands on the one hand and on the self-supporting structure of on the other hand, self-gripping adhesive elements. the stability of the connections, during play, between the flexible strips on the one hand and the self-supporting structure on the other hand, in each side, is ensured by the presence at the end of the strips of a magnetic adhesive element allowing a magnetic connection with the stabilizers which are ferrous. the stability of the links, during the game, between the flexible bands and the stabilizers, is ensured by the presence, at the end of the strips, of soft buttons, on the one hand, and on the other hand, on the stabilizers , orifices allowing the insertion of said soft buttons. the stability of the connections, during play, between the flexible strips and the self-supporting structure of the net, is ensured by the presence of eyelets on the strips, allowing the bands to be taken at the lower ends of the posts. the stability of the connections, during play, between the flexible bands and the stabilizers is ensured by the definitive fixing, by adhesive means, of the bands at the level of the stabilizers. -the playground defined by the flexible bands and the net have a shape and precise dimensions: The ground is hexagonal shape with the axis of symmetry the horizontal axis of the net and its perpendicular passing through the middle of the net. It is 5.78 meters long; 2.18 meters wide at the bottom of the field and 3.28 meters wide at the net. The strips then form the outer limit of the playing field. The net is 80 cm high at the posts and its length is substantially that of the width of the field. The device is accompanied by snowshoes and balls type table tennis and the set (net and its self-supporting structure, rackets and balls type table tennis) form a kit that can keep stored, once disassembled, in a compact manner, in a transportable bag.
