En effet, la clé inventée reprend l'empreinte octogonale actuelle d'un cabestan et permet, à l'aide d'un appareil électroportatif ou filaire, d'installer la queue de la clé dans le mandrin d'une visseuse-dévisseuse perceuse. La puissance (80N.m) des appareils actuels délivre suffisamment de couple afin de pouvoir hisser, border, enrouler les voiles d'un voilier. Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention : - figure 1 : clé vue de profil.
