Description
Paris, le 03/03/2014 Brevet d'amélioration du traitement du gaz d'échappement par un système du refroidissement Mon invention aide à améliorer le traitement de pollution du gaz d'échappement. Je rajoute au système d'échappement pour les véhicules, un pot de refroidissement que j'appelle le pot « Barde ». Je rajoute aussi à la partie motrice un compresseur de gaz frigorigène entraîné par la partie motrice, (Exemple : compresseur de climatiseur).Ensuite ce compresseur alimente le pot de refroidissement « Barde » par des tuyauteries bien protégé. Le pot de refroidissement « Barde » est constitué de plusieurs plaques de passoir au début de sept passoirs simple de protection comme le montre le dessin et trois groupe de passoirs répétitifs de la même façon et numérotations, ces groupes de passoirs sont doublé, le gaz frigorigène circule à l'intérieur et le pot est entièrement constitué d'inox bien adapté. Le fonctionnement de ce système du pot « Barde » : Le gaz d'échappement qui traverse le pot est refroidit à très basse température, par le fonctionnement de compresseur de gaz frigorigène qui est amené jusqu'au pot par les tuyaux de gaz qui passera par les passoirs doublés qui vont fonctionner du même principe qu'un congélateur, ensuite les particules du gaz d'échappement qui traverse les passoirs sont alourdies et donc plus facile à filtré par un deuxième pot de filtrage qui suit le filtre de refroidissement « Barde ».Par la suite on pourra adapter un système de nettoyage du filtre gérer automatiquement quand il est nécessaire. Thereafter we can adapt a filter cleaning system automatically manage when it is necessary. Conclusion: I cool the exhaust with the cooling system "Bard" using a pot and a refrigerant gas compressor to improve particle filtration.
