Description
[0030] La première partie 6 de l'étiquette 4 est collée à la pièce 11 avec de la colle 12.DEVICE FOR ASSISTING THE DETACHABLE PART OF THE TRACEABILITY LABELS [0001] The invention is located at the gripping zone of the detachable part of the labeling assembly of a part P to guarantee the traceability the workpiece at any point in the production cycle and possibly its life cycle and at a part labeling method for improving the grip of said detachable portion. It is known from EP0568088 a label with a support, attached to a product. The label has 2 parts separated by a line of perforations which allows the detachment of the 2 parts, each with a non-adhesive face where information about the product and associated commercial offers. The first part is intended to be glued to the product with an adhesive side opposite to its non-adhesive informative side. The second part is not intended to be glued to the product. Its face opposite its informative face may be adhesive to be glued to another surface once detached from the first part or simply non-adhesive. In order to avoid sticking the adhesive parts of the label inadvertently, the adhesive face of each part may be removably associated with a support which will have a face in contact with the adhesive face of the part of the label and one face opposite non-adhesive free. In the usual way, the support of the first part will be removed so that it adheres to the part while the support of the second part will be preserved to allow the customer to grasp the second part with its support, to detach them from the first part and make use of it independently of the first part. These labels intended for commercial use, can be used as part of a process of traceability of parts in a production workflow provided to include the necessary information: bar code 39 or 128 and numeric code on the 2 visible parts of the label. The first part is adhered to the piece at a stage of the production process. At another stage an operator must grasp the second part of the label with its support to detach them from the first part, possibly remove the support from the second part or add glue to paste it on another surface and then to a Another step in the process is processing the information written on the different second parts of the labels taken by the operator. However, the operator who grasps the second part of the label with its support, has trouble catching the second part of the label with its support, to detach from the first part when the latter is attached to the room. And this problem is increased when the finger is protected with equipment such as fingerstall or glove. There is therefore the need for a device for maintaining the second part of the label associated or not a support sufficiently far from the surface of the room when the first part of the label is attached to the label, to be lifted for seizure and detached from the first part of the label by the naked or protected finger of an operator. More specifically, the invention therefore relates to a labeling assembly 1, comprising a label 4 with a glued portion 6 arranged to be fixed on a part to be labeled 11, at least one detachable portion 7 arranged to be detached of the glued part 6, and disengagement means arranged for, when the glued portion 6 is fixed on the part to be labeled 11, to move a gripping area of the detachable part 7 sufficiently from the part to be labeled 11 to enable the gripping portion to be grasped. gripping area. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the labeling assembly 1 has release means which are arranged to move the gripping area of the part to be labeled 11 to allow a finger to slide between the two. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the labeling assembly 1 has release means which are arranged to move the gripping area of the part to be labeled 11 by a distance of between 5 and 15 millimeters. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the labeling assembly 1 has release means which are integrated with the label 4. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the assembly of labeling 1 has release means which are a support stuck on the detachable part 7 and folded between the latter and the part to be labeled 11, when the glued part 6 is fixed on the part to be labeled 11. [0011] According to one embodiment In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the labeling assembly 1 has clearance means which are integrated into the part to be labeled. [0012] According to one preferred embodiment of the invention, the labeling assembly 1 presents means clearance which is a projection arranged under the detachable part 7, between the gripping zone and the glued part, when the glued part is fixed on the part to be labeled. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the label carries the information present on the visible face of the label 4 which is arranged to remain intact on each part of the label 4 once detachment achieved. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the labeling assembly 1 uses a protruding part of a part to be labeled 11 to move away from the part to be labeled 11 at least one detachable part 7 of a label 4 The invention is described in more detail below and with reference to the figures schematically showing the system in its preferred embodiment. Figure 1 shows the informative face of a label positioned on a support with a non-adhesive free face. Figure 2 shows a sectional view of the labeling assembly with the label on a part. Figure 3 shows a labeling assembly according to a second preferred embodiment of the invention: with a protrusion on a molded part to be labeled. [0019] Figure 4 shows a labeling assembly according to a third preferred embodiment of the invention with a projection on a stamped part to stamp. Figure 5 shows a labeling assembly according to a fourth preferred embodiment of the invention with a folded removable support. Figure 1 shows a view of a label 4 attached to a support 10. The label comprises a first part 6 to be bonded to the part 11 not shown in this figure 1 and a second part 7 detachable from the first part 6 according to a detachment limit 5. The detachment limit 5 can be precut. The limit 5 can be achieved by a line of perforations of the label 4. In the example shown, the second part 7 of the label 4 comprises a non-visible face which is glued with the support 10. The face the support 10 opposite that of the contact with the second portion 7, not visible in this Figure 1 is non-adhesive. In the example, the support 10 stops at the detachment limit 5. Also it remains attached to the second part 7 of the label when the second part 7 of the label 4 is detached from the first part 6 of the label 4. The support 10 has an area greater than the area of the second part 7 of the label 4, that is to say the area of the glued surface of the second part 7 of the label. 4 with the support 10. Thus the second part 7 of the label 4 can not at all be glued to another surface inadvertently. If the second part 7 of the label 4 has an adhesive side, it requires to be glued to the support 10 to not stick to the room 11. But the second part 7 of the label 4 may not have adhesive face, and in this case do not need to be glued to the support 10 not to stick to the piece 11. [0026] On the back of the face of the label 4 which is glued to the piece 11 is find the so-called informative face of the label 4 which is visible in Figure 1. The informative face of the label 4 has information necessary to define the characteristics of the part at any point in its production cycle and possibly its life cycle to ensure its traceability. This information is, in the example presented in a preferential manner, in 2 forms: one intended for reading by a machine such as the bar code 9 here represented and the other intended for reading by a person as a sequence of digits 8. Any other machine-readable representation of information may be used such as a flash code or a querty code .... and any other person-readable representation of information may be used as a following symbols and / or alphanumeric acronyms. In the example illustrated in FIG. 1, the limit 5 shares the bar code 9 in two resulting barcodes which are identical, so that one machine can read each of the two resulting codes after detachment of the two parts of the label 4. The height of the resulting codes on each of the parts shall be sufficient for reading by the machine. Each part 6 or 7 of the label 4 shows the sequence of digits 8, defined during the design of the label to allow easy reading by a person. FIG. 2 represents a labeling assembly 1 with the first part 6 of the label 4 glued to the surface of the part 11 and the second part 7 of the label associated with the support 10 which has a non-adhesive face. adhesive side to the surface of the workpiece 11. neither the support 10 nor the second part 7 of the label are attached to the surface of the workpiece 11. The first part 6 of the label 4 is glued to the piece 11 with glue 12.
Il est aussi possible avec ce dispositif de programmer la saisie par un automate.15The second part 7 of the label 4 is associated with a support 10 by adhesive bonding or film on the non-informative side of the second part 7 or on the other side of the support 10. [0031] An area called "gripping zone" Is a minimum surface used to grasp the second part 7 of the label 4 associated with the support 10, with bare fingers or protected by a glove, a fingerstall or other finger protection. The gripping zone is rather far from the limit 5. In the example represented in FIG. 2, the surfaces of the part to be labeled 11 and the label 4 which are opposite each other are approximately flat. Despite the fact that the second part 7 of the label 4 associated with the support 10 is not glued to the part 11 thanks to the non-adhesive side of the support associated with the second part 7 of the label 4, opposite to the information side, the second part 7 of the label 4 associated with the support 10 is aligned with the flat surface of the part 11 under the effect of the rigidity of the label 4 and / or gravity ... The second part 7 of the label 4 associated with the support 10 tends to remain very close to the surface of the workpiece 11, too close to clear the gripping zone of the workpiece to be labeled 11, to manually enter it and detach it from the first part 6 of the label 4. There is no sufficient space between the surface of the part 11 and the gripping area of the second part 7 of the label 4 associated with the support 10 to slide a finger or a tool to clear the part to be labeled 11, the gripping area of the second part 7 of the label 4 associated with the support 10. The second part 7 of the label 4 associated with the support 10 remains difficult to grasp by the operator, especially if it is equipped with gloves. The invention consists of a release means which allows the gripping area of the second portion 7 of the label 4 associated with the support 10 to be removed from the support. at a minimum distance of between 5 and 15 mm from the surface of the part to be labeled 11, when the first part 6 of the label 4 is glued to the part to be labeled 11. [0035] FIG. 3 represents a preferred embodiment of the invention, for the labeling assembly 1 (with a label glued to the support similar to those described in Figures 1 and 2, with a release means which is integral with the part to be labeled 11. The part to be labeled 11 is a molded piece made of plastic, aluminum or other ... More particularly the release means is projecting relative to the surface of the part to be labeled 11. The release means is a protuberance 13 made by a supplement of material of the part to be labeled 11 with respect to the assembly of FIG. 2. The protuberance is integrated with the part to be labeled 11, it is either integral with the part to be labeled 11 and is attached to the surface of the part 11. [0037] Figure 4 shows a variant with respect to Figure 3 where the release means is a shape 14 projecting from the flat surface of the part to be labeled 11. The form 14 is integrated into the part to label 11, it is obtained by deformation of the material, for example by stamping the part to be labeled 11. FIG. 5 presents a labeling assembly 1 with a release means which is integral with the label 4. release means is a support folded in 2, dividing it into two parts according to the fold 17 .. The first portion 15 of the support is associated with the second detachable portion 7 of the label 4, its free face is not adhesive. The second part 16 of the support has no adhesive face. The fold 17 merges with the limit 5. In a preferred embodiment, before the attachment of the first part 6 of the label 4 to the part to be labeled 11, the second part 16 of the support was associated with the first part 6, then disengaged from the first part 6 and folded according to the fold 7 to be as aligned as possible with the part 15 of the support always secured to the second part 7 of the label 4. And once the fixing of the first part 6 of the label 4 on the part to be labeled 11 made, the second part 16 of the support is in contact with the part to be labeled 11. [0041] In another variant of this preferred embodiment, the part 15 of the support could never be associated with the first part 6 of the label 4. [0042] The release means must be such as to lift the detachable part of the label 4, in its gripping zone, at least 5 mm high, this is normally suitable for an operator whose finger is protected by a fingerstall or glove. A greater height, for example of the order of 15 mm, can be provided to further improve the comfort of operators. Beyond that, the risk of involuntary tearing of the label becomes relatively important. Note that in some cases, a clearance of less than 5 mm may be sufficient, especially if the operator is supposed to have a tool in hand such as a screwdriver (to avoid the loss of time related to the grip of The invention thus proposes a device for assisting the gripping of the detachable part of a labeling assembly for an operator or a machine offering multiple advantages. It allows an operator with fingers naked or protected to release the gripping area of the detachable part of a label stuck on a piece, without having to equip a complementary tool or without having to remove its protections, regardless of the size of his fingers. This reduces the time allocated to the detachment of the second part of the label. It is also possible with this device to program the input by a PLC.
