Description
Une version basique avec un tricycle à deux roues avant, à pédalage classique et dérailleur trois vitesses.TECHNICAL FIELD Device for the Transport and Sale of Fresh Food Products The present invention relates to the design of a scooter for the transport and sale of fresh produce in the cities of sub-Saharan African countries by respecting the cold chain. Traditionally fresh products are distributed in the cities by salesmen on foot pushing a cart on which they position a large container (barrel, chest ...) in which they put the food preserved by ice-cold breads (FIG.1 ). It is noted that foods such as fish, meat, dairy products, are not kept under optimum hygiene conditions. I also noticed, during my travels in Africa, a very important lack of solutions to transport products in small quantities in ideal cold conditions (markets, fish markets, dairy products, vegetables, etc ...). So I imagined the development of a tricycle (1) to transport food products respecting the cold chain. The device for the transport and sale of fresh food products (FIG 2) is thus intended for the mobile distribution of fresh products stored in a real refrigerator (2) powered by a photovoltaic solar panel (3) fixed on a metal structure (9) itself attached to the tricycle trunk. This system makes it possible to keep products cool with a temperature adjustable between -18 ° C and + 8 ° C. The compressor is powered by the solar panel and a battery (4) during the day, this allows to have a refrigerator in permanent operation for a period of 8 to 10 hours. At night, the system plugs into a standard power outlet (6) with a 230VAV / 12-24VDC adapter to keep the battery charged and the refrigerator running. In hot geographical areas, the interest of using solar energy is obvious, because it is a clean, economical and almost permanent energy. The interest of this invention is to use this quasi-permanent solar energy in Africa for hygienic purposes in order to keep the products at a suitable temperature. The solar panel (3) provides electrical energy, during periods of sunshine, necessary for the power supply of the refrigerator (2) and the recharging of the battery (4). The battery, recharged by a voltage regulator ( 5), powered by the solar panel (3), provides the energy necessary for the operation of the refrigerator (2) during periods of non-sunshine, The battery and the regulator are placed in a trunk (9) located on the luggage rack at the front of the tricycle. The temperature of the refrigerator can be maintained at night by plugging the system into a 220VAC socket (6), The interest of the concept is to be able to offer fresh and healthy products in town, in villages and in tourist places African countries. Its use can also be extended to seaside towns and other tourist sites in France and Europe in summer. Two versions were initially studied: 1. A basic version with a tricycle with two rear wheels, classic pedaling and three-speed derailleur, 2. A basic version with a tricycle with two front wheels, pedaling classic and three-speed derailleur.
The attached drawing (FIG 2) illustrates the project. Most bicycles circulating in sub-Saharan Africa are not equipped with derails, given the estimated weight of my invention (80Kg) it will necessarily be equipped with a derailleur to facilitate its use by the cyclist regardless of the path used. The battery (4) will be sealed lead type GEL technology maintenance free. This technology allows its use under severe environmental conditions such as high ambient temperature. The refrigerator (2) (the compressor) will also be protected from possible shocks and road conditions by silentblocs placed underneath (7).
Thanks to its different options, this product can be exploited in different configurations: - Delivery of fresh produce in town and in remote villages. Nearby service in summer in Europe. Daily proximity service in Africa. - Customers concerned: In Europe, tourists, elderly people. In Africa, everyone, ice cream lovers in the city and on the beaches, to the villagers who do not have the possibility not having the possibility to provide fresh food. The operation of the assembly is simple and the realization also, but its applications are numerous. This invention also has the advantage and the interest of being non-polluting, without heat engine it is located in an ecological concept and sustainable development.
The marketing can be done either by direct sale to users, or through rental companies.
