Abstract
L'invention concerne une installation de couplage d'un bioréacteur (1) de culture de bio-organismes, en mode dynamique, avec au moins un appareil (2) d'analyse physico-chimique d'un fluide issu de ce bioréacteur ou de collecte d'échantillons de ce fluide, l'appareil (2) étant équipé d'une pompe (20) et d'un injecteur (21), le bioréacteur (1) étant équipé de moyens (10) d'alimentation en milieu de culture et en xénobiotique(s). L'installation est remarquable en ce que le bioréacteur (1) est raccordé à une boucle de perfusion fermée (11) pourvue d'une pompe (12), munie d'une boucle de prélèvement (13) et en ce que l'installation comprend : - un dispositif d'injection d'un produit de nettoyage (6) dans ladite boucle de prélèvement (13), - deux vannes (3, 4) à six voies, la première vanne (3) étant connectée à la boucle de perfusion fermée (11), à la boucle de prélèvement (13) et à une boucle de nettoyage (14), la deuxième vanne (4) étant raccordée à la boucle de nettoyage (14) et à une boucle d'injection (15) qui relie l'injecteur (21) à au moins l'un des appareils (2).The invention relates to an installation for coupling a bioreactor (1) for the cultivation of bio-organisms, in dynamic mode, with at least one device (2) for the physico-chemical analysis of a fluid resulting from this bioreactor or from collection of samples of this fluid, the device (2) being equipped with a pump (20) and an injector (21), the bioreactor (1) being equipped with means (10) for supplying culture and xenobiotic(s). The installation is remarkable in that the bioreactor (1) is connected to a closed perfusion loop (11) provided with a pump (12), provided with a sampling loop (13) and in that the installation comprises: - a device for injecting a cleaning product (6) into said sampling loop (13), - two six-way valves (3, 4), the first valve (3) being connected to the closed infusion (11), to the sampling loop (13) and to a cleaning loop (14), the second valve (4) being connected to the cleaning loop (14) and to an injection loop (15) which connects the injector (21) to at least one of the devices (2).
