La composition selon l'invention permet d'obtenir un gel limpide moussant, présentant un bon niveau de viscosité et de bonnes qualités cosmétiques, principalement de mousse (démarrage, qualité, quantité), même avec un taux en tensioactifs sulfatés et en tensioactifs amphotères faibles ou lorsque la composition est exempte de tels tensioactifs. De plus, l'ajout d'un sel dans ce type de composition, par exemple Na Cl, conduit à une augmentation significative de la viscosité.
