Abstract
Procédé de réparation de panneaux sandwich en matériaux composites après un choc ayant endommagé l'âme de ce panneau, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte l'acquisition d'un modèle numérique de la forme de la zone endommagée, puis la réalisation par un procédé de stéréolithographie à partir du modèle numérique, d'une âme de remplacement (14), ou d'un moule (10) dans lequel on va mouler cette âme de remplacement, ensuite la réalisation d'une pièce de remplacement (18)comprenant cette âme, puis la mise en place de cette pièce qui est ajustée à l'intérieur d'une ouverture (6) découpée dans le panneau sandwich autour de l'endommagement, et enfin la fixation de la pièce de remplacement sur le panneau.
