Description
The present invention relates to the technical field of road monitoring. Currently in the state of the art, there are several ways of dealing with problematic situations of road traffic: - the field police identify a situation of accident, incident or an infraction of the road signs, call the operators to central station that manually verify the veracity of these alerts through the viewing of images filmed by surveillance cameras and centralized on the station. If the alert is valid, field agents intervene and verbalize if necessary; reciprocally, agents assigned to the central station detecting problem situations inform the police officers in the field by radio or telephone alerts. In addition, traffic police officers who suspect the driver of a vehicle or his owner of committing a traffic offense, or a vehicle to have been stolen, should note such information as the report of the vehicle. the individual, and / or the characteristics relating to the vehicle (type, color of the vehicle, license plate number among others), then communicate them to the central station for verification, by the telecommunication channels raised. The treatment of problematic situations is thus carried out in a "human" manner, with the risk of incomplete or fragmentary description by the agent of the individual and / or the reported vehicle that this entails. This method also does not allow instant verification of the identity of the vehicle owner, nor the real-time information of all the agents assigned to the surveillance of the road traffic. In addition, the means of communication and information between police officers (radio, telephone, portable transceiver, mobile radars ...) have the disadvantage of being relatively bulky. - 2 - The use of an ergonomic technology and making it possible to communicate the different monitoring tools between them would allow the field agents to intervene more quickly on the anomalies of circulation, and a real time information of all the actors monitoring system (field agents and station operators). Augmented reality devices have recently emerged: augmented reality glasses (or LRAs), which include real-time superposition of visual elements (2D or 3D virtual models) and sound on the visual perception of reality. These devices also include a photo / video camera for recording images. The disadvantage of this device is that it does not provide sufficient storage space to ensure alone effective monitoring of traffic (a few gigabytes only).
The system according to the invention proposes a unified and automated means of identification in the field of vehicles with which have been committed infringements of the highway code, and real-time information traffic monitoring agents, via a network to interact with each other augmented reality glasses devices, surveillance cameras, supervisory console and police databases stored on cloud computing. It also provides a consistent system for generating real-time alerts on different devices. Finally, it makes available to its users an indefinite and dematerialized storage space.
The present invention relates to a surveillance system consisting of sets comprising a video surveillance camera connected to a processor and coupled to a laser, augmented reality glasses devices having a camera / camera and having an integrated GPS system, a network of management consoles and a cloud computing platform - 3 - synchronized with the various devices of the invention via Wi-Fi and cellular data (3G, 4G) . The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 represents: - the network of surveillance cameras (1) and its electronic box, - the synchronization via WI-FI, 3G, 4G (2) between the devices and the platform cloud computing, - the cloud computing platform (3) and its Central Computer System (CIS) (3) - databases (4) - augmented reality glasses (or LRA) (5) - the network of management consoles (6) Figure 2 illustrates the action of querying the databases (4) located on the cloud computing platform and its Central Computer System (3) through the reality glasses device increased (5).
The system according to the invention operates as follows: The cameras (1) fixed film images continuously. When a vehicle enters the field of the laser, the processor installed in the electronic box triggers the capture of images by the camera (1). When the box detects a traffic violation, it sends the images to the cloud computing platform (3) via Wi-Fi.
The images are saved in the storage space of the cloud computing platform (3). At the same time, the field agents take pictures of the cars having committed or suspected of having committed a violation with the LRAs (5): the agent 30 targets the vehicle's license plate with the glasses (5), and by a tracking procedure takes a picture. The images recorded by the cameras (1) and the augmented reality glasses (5) are sent to the cloud computing platform (3) via WiFi and cellular data (2). The reading of the photographic license plate is then performed on the cloud computing platform (3) using the Automated License Plate Reading (commonly known as LAPI) algorithms. The data thus extracted are compared with the databases (4) synchronized on the cloud computing platform (3). This comparison phase is important for collecting and recording the information needed to identify the vehicle owner (identity document, driver's license, registration card, etc.), while respecting the security and integrity of the data. If the data relating to the plate corresponds to mineralogical data present in the database (4) devoted to the offenders or the stolen cars, the Central Computer System (CIS) of the cloud computing platform (3) creates an alert that is generated on the screens of the administration console (6) and those of the augmented reality devices (5). The agent will thus receive on his glasses (5) the textual information on the place where the vehicle committed the offense as well as the type (s) of offense (s) committed, or to know if it is a stolen vehicle. He can follow the journey of the vehicle through the visualization of a small interactive map on these glasses. The cloud computing platform (3) receives, processes and stores the images taken by the cameras (1) and the LRAs (5). The information collected (data from video surveillance and user files) is stored on the Central Informatics System (CIS) on cloud computing (3) securely, with no quantity limit and can be shared as needed.
20The field agent can also, via the augmented reality device (5), query the databases present on the cloud computing platform (4). In response to this request, the glasses interface (5) synthesizes the - s - information contained on the cloud computing platform (4) and displays them on the screen. These images can be viewed on the screens of the various devices, with the time, the date, the place where the offense was committed, the data from the reading of number plates, etc. In order to ensure the integrity and the security of the processed data and files of the administrative institutions, as well as the respect of the private life, the access to these data is subjected to a procedure of authentication of the authorized users of the System Central Computing of the cloud computing platform (3). The system according to the invention thus makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of the urban surveillance in the field by making it possible to quickly identify the vehicles in violation and to alert the agents to the report of a vehicle ( stolen vehicle for example), via the generation of alerts on augmented reality glasses screens (5) synchronously and instantaneously. 20
